This is a particular bugbear for me, despite errors being pointed out on the site they are never corrected.
I'm an affiliate as well as a player and annoys me to hell that one of the first things you see is misleading to say the least.
It isn't even 25% of daily profits from my understanding, its 25% of the theoretical profits, is that not the case Dan?

This is correct as the cashback figure fin each slot will remain constant...

For instance casino makes theoretical 4p in the pound in 96% RTP slot.you will therefore get 1p in the pound (25%)

This is all fair and reasonable to me. If Vudeoslots gave back 25% of money wagered they'd collapse as we that's over 6 times the amount we lose on theoretical RTP

without reading the whole thread, I really dont understand what all these awards are for, I lost under £500 quid there today, very quickly and I asked for a comp but was refused because CS said they dont give them out because of all the rewards :eek2:, I dont know what I can do with them though :)

They have cashback and raze every week, free spin tournaments and some rewards for playing. I think they did wrong if they said you get so many rewards, but there are a few now and then for playing.
No bonuses to talk about but otherwise they are good. You'll see.

I have not had a withdrawal in ages. It's been deposit, deposit, deposit. Yes, they are good I will admit that. Mondays and Fridays are awesome but you do pay for that cashback/racespin money (well, I do anyway). But rewards are fewer and fewer the higher up you get. I will be taking a long break from here for a while. Not much fun when money goes so quickly that you can't even have a bit of fun. As I have said before, I love Videoslots but I just can't afford them.

Advancing past level 120? OMG Earning achievements, FS etc... unless I have access to a computer, I am on mobile with limited functionality to check all my logs and the games I gotta play to hit a rewars-and honestly there are so many-it is difficult and I haven't had an achievement for ages I don't think... At the start they came hard and fast and it was fun and exciting to log in and see what I'd got. Then after a while and $$ it dries up and I think thats why people get a bit stroppy about them...

And the FAQ does say you can ask for FS in support... If you do they can never give you any... It's also like with the BattleSlots having requirements-I get why the rules are there but sometimes the fine print is a little to strict and it can alienate a player when though they might not meet it at the time of attempting to play-they probably regularly meet it and go beyond it-but like myself on mobile, I never play the Battles so when I don't meet the minimum for the last week it's annoying that it can't be waivered every now and then lieu of having not played in the past during a week where I would of done the WR if you get me.

My experience to the above post by scarletmuse differs.

Only the other week, I was too late for the weekly Tuesday free spins (the 3,500 ones must have ran out), so went to support to explain and they credited me an equal number of spins on another slot. So they are authorised to give out free spins. Have also received "compensation" spins after made some complaints about the free roll chat abuse, indicating that they do have authority to give out comps.

I received a birthday bonus last year - didn't ask for it but it was credited automatically after having received an email from the VIP manager.

They're not all rubbish to be fair. Never been given a wrong answer by them (as yet!!)

I'm sure they're not, but anytime I've asked a question that has been slightly different to 'how does the bonus work' or other common questions I've had rubbish from them, some of them complete lies and blaming other people for their mistakes.

throughout the thread there are complaints about the CS, and even Dan admitted there are too many and it was being addressed.

I never ask for comps - and i dont see why a casino is obligated to dish out freebies. And for VS the comp system is already inbuilt. I dont think it is any reflection on a casinos standing if they do not comp or give freebies. Although without asking I have been given FS and some comps from a number of casinos Include VS. For playtime we need to deposit and then look at role rolling that is something in my view that a casino does not / can not guarantee same as luck / Rtp.

So eventual money lost you mean those in a prize winning position will get paid? If so thats excellent customer service. :thumbsup:

That's a dangerous comment if not clarified correctly.

Players who haven't paid into a BOTS Tourney will be seemingly thinking they are also affected since the freerols are also down; so they will feel like you are suggesting they will be reimbursed with freespins.

While you mean that players who bought in will have their money placed back into their accounts; there are people who will misunderstand this comment; just a heads up, as I don't want you bombarded with unnecessary messages :thumbsup:

I absolutely think that the membership offers/inclusions are definitely a reflection on the casino's standing and would certainly be a deciding factor for many players when choosing to sign up. A consistent reward program like VS would suggest they have a pretty good retention rate of players and more chance of those returning players redepositing regularly in order to maintain the weekly gifts. And this is why VS to me does stand out amongst other reasons:thumbsup:

'Dishing out Freebies' is not an obligation at all, it's a way to maintain your clients and frankly, some sites with outrageous WR/minimum deposits or irregular deals instantly turn me off. I'd rather consistent smaller rewards over the course of my membership than a limited time offer every now and then only if I deposit a predetermined amount, to get 5 spins on a crappy game, then wager 2000x while standing on my head with one eye shut and the when I manage to make a WD, there is a 3 week turnaround for approval before seeing the cash.

So yep, I think it is very much a warranted aspect of the business, and are built around the expectations of the customer and when we are happy it indicates the level of service provided by the company. It's no different to frequent flyers, supermarket discounts/loyalty points or a coffee shop card really:o

I think asking for comps really depends on the situation, if you deposit $20, then make a $20 spin and lose, than...perhaps don't be tantruming and wanting refund-like hello, the risks are clear. But if you legitimately feel that an error/mistake has occured--through no fault of your own and you have a reasonable trusted history with the casino, maybe the service/attitude crappy and information given was wrong, perhps a game you had FS rewards crashes so you don't get to play em, your account details altered without consent and so forth... I reckon at least ask, you should be able to ask/be offered a little compensation. Like a replacement apple for a rotten one at the supermarket:p

At the least, a little more personalised communications than cut and pasting answers. I am sure there are players that chuck down hundreds/thousands a month but still make sure to play the FS code each week-it adds a bit of excitement... And it does make ya feel pretty good if ya hit a big one on a freebie:D

Hi all,

We have now compensated and refunded all the players that were affected by our technical issues with had with Battle of Slots yesterday morning.

The decision we made were to cancel the Battle and refund the buy-in and also give those players who were in one of those four battles 25 FS to Gonzo without any wagering requirement. The reason they got canceled were that not everyone in the Battle had the chance to finish the Battle on the same terms as everyone else, and the only way to make it fair was to refund the buy-ins, and our support will contact everyone that got compensated within the next few hours.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that is have caused for the player that were in the affected Battles and please feel free to contact me or the support if there are any questions.

If you reload the game it will come it and say 2.04 hours etc etc.

What I have come to notice it seems to be from different source, From other sites, One pop up may come from one provider than another provider than the actual casino it self, And there all conflicting, Different times different amounts, How can one say I been playing for 1hr and 10 mins and lost 50 and another saying 1hr 11mins won 250 ?

I am unsure if its the same across VS as yet to get pop up on there and playing as we speak, Or if its the games provider that actually have the pop ups as well as the site, All this rubbish with the U.K commission and time intervals is bloody annoying to say the least
