Hi, how did you find out about the birthday bonus? I was sure I saw somewhere on this forum something about VS and bday spins or $ or whatever and I thought finally, great, something to look forward to when I log in or check my emails on my bday just gone.. Yes you are correct that it is a licensing requirement that needs to be implemented. The reality check function is now disabled for now and it will be live again in end of April.

I too kept having error issues when trying to deposit a few weeks back using Mastercard and eventually jumped on Live Chat to try and sort it out as it had been processing fine all night up until that time. There were some verification issues which we got sorted and I had all of the emails come through saying it was successful and the chat rep also confirmed everything was good to go. Soon the errors returned so I tried Poli instead. Then, my account needed more verification documents as I had resorted to tha different method of depositing in the meantime cos it didn't give errors each time-fair enough-so I have uploaded the docs/pics etc a few times now only to have support/security email me back saying they are denied due to whichever reason. However, each time I have resubmitted docs, I actually receive the 'congratulations' style-verification successful email intially which is followed up within minutes with emails detailing the denied response. Initially it was due to mobile image not being accepted-fair enough so I used my computer (which is a hassle as it is old and slow and I prefer using my ipad) only to be rejected because poor quality-but that is due to the laptop being so old but it is the only other option I can use..Am about to reupload now, so fingers crossed. This has been very frustrating really since I assumed it had been sorted out after the first instance weeks ago..and I have really felt quite a bit un-valued by VS regardless of my consistent patronage. It's always annoying on any site really as well, when chat reps confirm/say one thing and then follow up email communication says otherwise.

I love Video Slots but I find it quite a task to achieve the requirements in order to play the free rolls. I too have made multiple deposits in a week without qualifying.

Anyone who can achieve wagering of 500E has done very well but I fear very few would have achieved it in one 20E deposit. It is my contention that if the 500E where lowered then it would not only create more traffic but it could create more deposits in Video Slots in return. The biggest problem for a Casino is getting punters through the door or logging in.
Lowering the 500E threshold will increase revenue while squeazing the revenue of your rivals IMO
