If you get the voucher by email or not depends on several different factors. You need to be an active player but what an active player is, is different for different campaigns. If you have received an email with a voucher code but not this time it can be because you have not been active enough or that the campaign in question is not for your specific country. We target different countries with different campaigns so it's not always the same.

Lately we have had players who used a voucher code even though they did not receive it and that has made it harder for the players who actually received it to redeem it in time. So now we have implemented a system that will double check if you have received the voucher code or not and this will prevent players who didn't receive the email from redeeming it.

Wow! I didn't get an email a couple of weeks back but silly as I am I thought I was entitled to the free spins, and that something was up with me not getting all emails again. Many suffer from that as you know.

Made a deposit at VS earlier, first in a long while (but not first ever) and only a very small one.

My question is this however, if I become a little more regular etc, do I need to 'opt in' for promos such as weekly cashback which I've read about or is it all done automatically.

My deposits would be cash based only and no bonuses (if available) taken.

It is different for different campaigns. If you receive a voucher code by email then you are eligible to use it.

I must say that I was really disappointed by the reward for this achievement considering that at least £3,000 was wagered to get it.

If you were to take the 100% match bonus (bearing into mind it is released in 10% increments) you don't earn cashback and the spins don't count in the race either. Add to that the wagering requirement and you can see that it would disappoint.

Perhaps you may consider having a more rewarding reward for winning 10,000x on Immortal Romance and getting all of the other trophies :what:

It resulted in an extra 250 spins in the race which I have activated.

More than happy for you to reset my trophies and take the 250 spins in the race away if it is indeed a bug (which I think it is)

if you only see the activity bar fulfilled for these, that is a visual bug that i have at several slots. if the pictures are color too then is indeed a technical bug.
btw, that reward could be from other trophy, some are credited minutes late sometimes.

You can check in your profile to see how much you have earned (it may take some time to update).

It is paid the following Friday of the closing week.

Edit: as soon as you have finished the game and close it, it pops up how much cashback you earned playing that game.

No, that is not accurate. The cashback is 25% of their DAILY PROFITS....not 25% of your bets. However the more you bet the more you get as a return. So the more profits Video slots have the more you get.
 
I'm also confused with this as when i finish a session on a particular slot and come back to the home screen it says "you have earned £XXX cashback on XXXX game".
I dont know how its able to tell you this as i assumed it could only be calculated the following day as a percentage of your play against a percentage of that days profits which wouldn't be crystalised until the day is over (as would the amount of wagering achieved by all their customers on that day and the profit/loss)? Or am i missing something?

I keep seeing people saying how clear the bonus rules are too, and maybe if you are a member of this forum and have read this thread, then they are, but for the average player who is signing up for a casino for the first time or just starting out I think they are extremely confusing

I would suggest most players don't know about RTP, and to have the wagering requirements change so much for slight variations in the RTP is confusing.

The 'paid in 10% increments' is confusing for a lot of people too. I don't see where the T&C say its paid every time you hit 10% of the WR, and would suggest most casual players would expect it to be paid when you go through 10% of your deposit. So if you deposit £100, spend £10 get 10% of the bonus and so on. I'm not sure why it has to be so complicated when every other casino just put the bonus into your account from the start.

I'm not trying to be too critical as customer service seems excellent and the site is excellent too, but theres always room for improvement :) and I am just going from many comments I have seen on facebook and other places from casual users.

surely then if someone wins, there is no profit, then there is no cashback?
If someone signed up through an affiliate link, such as the one on here, does that mean they get less cashback than someone who went direct to the site as you pay the affiliate 25-45%, therefore it stands to reason your profit will be lower?

Thats also not what it says on your site

How Daily profit is calculated after 1 hour play..

I wager 2000€ in Gemix .. So how system knows is Daily profit 100000€ or 20000€.. ?

See this is where I get completely confused by your site.

You said above its based on the profit you make from me as a player, now you are saying it is profit from everyone. But as has been pointed out already, how can you know the total profit generated by every player for that day instantly when I finish playing a game? If it is 25% of total profits for that day shared by some algorithm of player revenue / players / total spend x your spend then that makes no sense as you won't know how much I have spent until midnight that night so how can you tell what % of the profits to return to me?

Sorry I'm not having a go, I just genuinely don't understand?

How does your system know what the daily profit will be in advance? When i finish playing a game it tells me what cashback i have earned? Even if this is from the previous day how does it know what in total will be wagered that day to show my cashback immediately on closing a game?

so you guess how much you might make? And how many people are going to play for the rest of the day and how much they are going to lose? And you manage to get it right every time, or how can you say you are paying out 25% of your profits?

Most companies do projected revenue reports, not just casinos which are based on a lot of factors including previous months profits, same time of year, increased customer bases, SE/Dormant accounts etc etc etc

They are usually 95% accurate which allows business to get 'ahead of the game' nothing sinister just the sign of a well run business.
