Couldn't agree more. The staff are a pleasure to deal with as well. Really seems to be a great culture which is obviously rubbing off on the players. I know its where ive spent the majority of my time over the last 4-5 months and have absolutely no regrets. I can see them going back to back with the award for sure.
 
Hi Chrissigissy. I had the same dilemna today so I asked customer service. They were able to tell me exactly how much I had wagered. Dan/Philip can correct me if I'm wrong but do not think you can get it from your end. I was 4 Euro short. Oh well -- tomorrow I shall battle!

Quickspin games.

So I have been playing at Videoslots and getting through a fair bit of money playing Quickspin games as not played them before.
How have others found these games?
I am finding it ridiculously hard to hit bonus rounds on all their games and the returns have been universally awful so far though I like the designs of some.
Just wondering if I'm being very unlucky or Quickspin slots just suck on payouts. :o
How about your experience with these games only (Quickspin)?

Tried another Quickspin game £30 in £5.75 out gave up.
Tried Playtech Rocky, same thing. Trigger bonus reel 1 and 5 and like 100 spins not even seeing it land on 1st reel lol.
Truly hope others have better luck than me at this casino or maybe I'm just picking every dead slot possible?

@jackmack. I have had some brutal sessions but then am pleasantly surprised by cashback and casino race rewards. I have had brutal sessions at other casinos and basically get a middle finger. All in all when you take everything into account -- freerolls, free spins every week, free rewards, cashback and casino race rewards I will not complain. Unfortunately, to receive all these rewards you do need to win a bit too -- have been on the losing end quite frequently as well and have not had the pleasure of all these perks all the time but it is nice when you do get them. Keeps me coming back.

Yeah try again another day.
My firs session was okay on other providers but nearly every Quickspin game was brutal so wondered how others had got on with this software.
I should just leave dead games alone but because they were new to me I wanted to see the bonus rounds :o

And yeah the comps are better than a lot of places so that is some consolation as well. :thumbsup:

I can only see Dolphin Gold available for UK.

Strange as i have played Lightning box games elsewhere.

I logged out, found Druidess Gold and it said not available in my country
 
My one gripe with videoslots is wagering requirement to enter the freerolls. I understand the min deposit rule which is £20 or £50 i think, but then to say also have to have wagered £500 or whatever it is, is abit unfair imo.

For example many a time i have deposit the odd 10 or 20 and it goes instantly, so unless i get a steady few wins reaching tthe 500 wagering is usually impossible for me. Just as small stakes player i feel it's pricing the freerolls out, which surely are who the freerolls are the main target anyway.

Well I entered the freeroll and it played as bad as every other game I have played here so you aren't missing much.
Since yesterday I have gone through over £250 low balling and every single game has been dead.
I actually went about 2000 spins just triggering a free spin round which I finally did in my last session and it paid £1.50 to a 40p bet which sums things up.
You can have the best comp and CS in the world but if the games play like 75% RTP and not 96% then peeps are going to limit deposits.
You get bad runs everywhere but at some point you start to feel you can't win and there is no fun or point in playing when it gets to that stage.

Which today is why I just took 32 red's dish of the day for 50%.

Thats what gambling is all about, win some lose more, I also been playing the freerolls, & come last just about every time, I do not blame VS for it but do feel my luck is better at other places. I might try a small deposit in a bit and see if I can redeem my self,

Can't decide where to place my deposit but I need something new. So much to pick from! I am definitely taking a bonus though to at least extend my play. Perhaps Next Casino. I've always liked them and they are offering a 100% bonus.
 
I busted out yesterday and it definitely is not Videoslots' fault. I just kept hitting that spin button thinking that it owed me. What a stupid thing to do. Could have cashed out but went on to Vikings Go Wild and it busted me. Only myself to blame! Thought I knew better.

On another note. I know a few people have wondered about how rewards work so I asked customer service as I was also curious. I have not been getting rewards of late. Here is their response:

You have the chance to receive a trophy when you finish achievements. Sometimes the trophies can contain rewards, but sometimes they are empty. So you just need to have Lady Luck on your side.

Well, guess I've had a lot of empty trophies.

this is of course the situation of unlocking trophies on games that were never played before on VS.
question is, the trophies that were previously unlocked and contained rewards, once reset was made, is possible to don't have the same or any rewards behind the same trophies? i'm under impression that the trophy rewards are static but im not sure.

The sad thing with the reward system is if you do like me.
I mostly just play a few of my favourits, and even though I've played them for 1½ year I seem to never have played them enough to set them back from the start again. The achievments I get is how much cashback I won, how many deposits and so on. Strange ones:)

Same here this week, Can't hit a feature at least on anything on videoslots it's a lil disgusting and lost count how many times I have given my laptop the middle finger;).

Please Please Please sort out the pop up when your out or nearly out of cash, People know when its time to redeposit so we do not need a pop up all the time, Its not even once but reoccurs when hit diffrent pages

I totaly agree, Unless each site has to get there own license for the U.k on top of the U.K licence, But that does not make sense as surely the games operator has a licence to be aloud for U.K players to play if some sites have them?

I feel your pain as my deposits were gone in a hour, Today was a lil better and even was able to get couple screenshot worthy hits. What slots do you play Jack?
 
Im same as the rest, i deposit 10 here it's gone within a few minutes, anywhere else i usually get odd long play time or cash out. I keep going back thinking luck has to change but nope :D Only other site this bad for me is 32red, eveywhere else is pretty decent play time.

I've played every software and they have all been totally dead.
I even tried a deposit on Munchkins last night so as just to get some game time and a bonus round as it is so low variance but no bonus and bust out 70% RTP lol
I'm not sure how many free spin rounds it is but I can't remember the last one paying more than x10 bet and it isn't as if I have been hitting them for fun.

I have no cashouts and I don't think I have ever been ahead on a deposit here, certainly never a balance worthy of a cashout.

Casino race is abit like having your life long positions washed away, an at the end of it someone offering you a blow up boat to sleep in. I can't imagine the money people lose to make the top 10 :eek::eek:
