The card that's not in use is ending 3020 (lost it), It is now replaced with card ending 3038 which is the card that I last used

Just curious to know how you guys select players worthy of the freespins voucher codes?
I know for myself I've never received voucher from you guys via email I always happen to stumble upon them around the net, forums and portals,
But today I see that selected players relieved free spins with no wagering in twin spin and creature of the black lagoon,
I'm curious how you select these players as my account is super active in terms of play, or do you rather select players who don't deposit frequently in order to promote the casino ?

Out of interest, are you opted in for the newsletter? I played for months with that turned off, never got an offer. Turned it on and now they're not very often but nearly always include a voucher code for free spins.

Thx Phillip but my newsletter is active and I always check my spam folder
When I went on live chat and inquired about this support said it was for selected players
Normally I find the bonus codes on the web but your latest ones for creature of the black lagoon and twin spin it clearly states they can be found in the casino account
Also I see you guys offer reload bonuses and a match bonus every now and then
And that we must keep am eye on our account and maybe one would be there

I do receive the mails and sms's for race winnings and cashback but not once a voucher code or promo of any sort

Philip, ever since i registered with VS in Jan 2015 i cannot remember receiving a single promo email. And you have been on my safe sender list ever since my registration, so it surely wouldn't end up in my spam folder. I got all boxes ticked in my profile, so that can't be the reason either.

I do get though the SMS messages to my mobile phone with casino race and cashback amounts.

Looks to me that somehow not everybody received those emails.

Regarding the emails we know that some emails are never received from some email operators. Also. Sorry Dan - no slight on VS intended but this is nothing more than a balance drainer.

50p min stake, big win comes up on the rare occasion you get 10x.

Looks good but I'm furious with myself for giving this more than one chance today.

That said, keep the new games coming. Some have to be good!

I would like to know as well.

I'd much rather have a level based reward system, as I tend to play the same games, and it seems you 'max out' rewards quickly.
The race and cashback is a nice touch, but it rarely equates to more than 10% of my deposit.
Also it's been made clear to me by CS that there's really not room for anything extra and/or that they don't have the power to award bonuses.

I love the game selection, but I would like to see more rewards.

Haven't seen a reward for a long time. Finally got one and it was 10 extra points to the weekly race:DHar-de-har-har!

An another thing, I got to level 20 and I now have 22800 points, it used to go up in 1000pt. increments but now for level 21 I need 210000 xp. That is 2 lifetimes for me.

Started playing Gorilla go wild and hit a 300x on the stay wilds but then got to the next level and no temples for a massive amount of spins(approx. 1500 spins) and 5 measly Gary's feature all paying $2 on a .60c bet. I have never seen him toss out anything but 2 one dollar throws, is this normal?

About the reset function for achievements.

We are working on this feature right now, but everything have been more complicated to do then we thought it would be from the beginning and we are right now just waiting for some of our game providers to do some changes for us so we can go live with this system. But I am optimistic that they will do the changes in the near future so and that we can release this feature. I will come back with more information when I know more.

About rewards on our site.

We are adding new trophies and rewards almost every day to our casino to make sure that there will always be something new you can achieve.
I will start to add if there are any new trophies added in our game releases posts I here in this thread. I would then like to start with telling that there are trophies and rewards to Crystal Queen from Quickspin.

Hope this reward system does get some kind uplifting soon I've actually stopped playing, well at least not all time anymore as I've getting great value from other sites, it's always nice to have a few spins or any type of reward or achievements for loyalty and gameplay,
I've been on level 20 forever as well I don't see why it's so difficult to level up at this level but hey it is what it is

Been asked before. If its a bug then I'll eat my hat.

I'd like to think there is some really fantastic reward for making level 21. If you reach that and get a handful of free spins I'll be fuming. At this rate I'll find out in about two years, maybe three.

Though I don't think it coincided with the actual level up, just random.
The reward before that was 10 FS at min bet.

My last match bonus was 3 months and about €1500 in deposits ago.

I have stuck with them though for the game selection and fast payments.
(Though my only withdrawal failed - I did receive compensation which I lost lol).

In my case the total value of Casino race winnings and cashback equals about 8% of my total deposits.

Taking a look at numbers now I realize I should be playing at the casinos with more of a proven loyalty track record.

Made me think of Einstein

i don't care about bomuses there as the 10% increments are shitty anywayw IMHO. But they cashback system is awesome, if you play pften you always get some money back! And all that stuff is wager free, as well as the casino races which you also easily get something out of them if you play a while. All wager free. Not even mentioned the great support, and i just recently got comtacted by a VIP Axxount Manager (Kenny) who is such a great guy. My mom plays there a swell and i recommended thhe, to many friends. The selection itself blows most other casinos away. And finally: The max bet protection. How scared i always am to hit accidantelly max bet, especially as i like to have the coin value on 0.10. They solved it as well as one of the very few casinos having this. And payouts are most times extremely fast as well. One of my absolute favorites!

OMG. You have just sold me. I lost $130 last week before I noticed I was hitting that f**** space bar hitting max. Yes, more casinos need to do this as they bloody well know that if we wanted to bet max we would hit the max button.

You can set your Max bet protection under the "Responsible Gaming" tab in "My Profile". This function also auto-protects players when using bonuses at Videoslots.

Yes it is only 20x wagering, but when we do not get access to the bonus funds until we have wagered the required amount it is horrible :mad:
So if you loose fast, you dont get the extended playtime a bonus should give. If you win a decent amount, you can only withdraw your original deposit unless you complete the wagering.

The support however were outstanding, i choose to forefeit the SUB and play without bonus. If only they could give you the bonus amount instant like other casinos, videoslots would be one of my selcet few regular places to spend my money.

Surely videoslots would be able to create some nice promotions where they could offer loyal players a 100% or something proper deposit bonus once and a while? Also maybe do promotions with deposit and get free spins with no wager or something similar? Would be brilliant. I know they have said before they want to stick to that system they have and that is reason for that welcome bonus they have. But I do hope to something more from them that would make them number 1.

VS stats got wiped a good while ago, So did a few other casino's when all the new U.K regs come into affect, How long has it been sinse you noticed they have been wiped?
