I agree, I had a banging sesh when first sign up but since than nothing, I really gave it a miss due to the bonus 10% increments, I like a bonus as a small depositer it adds some extra funds & if you lose than its fine as you had extra,

I realize you can not have more than one active bonus.
I was sent some free spins this morning, and I can not activate them unless I forfeit the match bonus I claimed yesterday (of which I've cleared 10%).

It would be great if free spins could be claimed, even when wagering a match bonus.
Obviously I don't want to forfeit €100 in bonus money for a €3 free spins offer.

Then I had to reload, and sometimes I couldn't as I got a "Wrong path directory" error.

As for Psycho I couldn't even load the game "Server communications lost".

To be fair Dan this has been going on for 24 hours. Refre is right and I agree - I wouldn't have deposited when this was ongoing had I known.

I personally feel cheated and mistreated here.

Be honest, make the games unavailable or provide a warning. Otherwise you'll get a bad reputation and rightly so.
