support said VS don't operate in my country any more

My turn to chime in...

I am going to say that VideoSlots has the potential to be one of the very best out there...

I have nothing but praise for the friendly reps, the bonuses, the range of games and the play time I seem to get for my money. I've hit some unreal low rolling hits there this week - including one just now - 9p stake in DoA and hit 5 scatters for a return of £225. It's not the winning of the money that brings me here but the overall package they offer.

I had some technical problems with Skrill which they've been working on. Yesterday a got a message saying Skrill was not available for my country. It was not clear if it's still a technical issue or a policy change. Crossing my fingers it will be sorted soon!

Yeah, I got an email about that last week as well that Skrill is no longer an option for Norwegian players. Which I thought was strange, but still. Nothing I could do about it, just makes it a more hassle to deposit/WD.

I'd love to play there as great site but I blew my joining win because I could not cash out. Casinos like 32 Red are able to verify my ID by paying winnings to my bank account from card used but Videoslots require photo ID which I've never held and never needed for all the other UK licensed casinos I frequent. :( if ever they make it feasible for me to play there I'll be back as they say :)

That is excellent news...... Darn I was offered a 100% match bonus week or two back I'll have to check if expired :) I shall be back then but will ensure I can get verification before depositing. Birth certificate is no problem :)

Taking longer than you hoped eh? I've had to go without my casino fix this evening as it's the only place I'll play at these days - but it's a shame it's been down for so very long :(

Happy to confirm my birth certificate and other documents accepted so I can finally play with you guys. I may hold out in hope for a 100% deposit offer email again especially as I blew my last winnings as was unable to withdraw :p but in all honesty I'll play there soon whether I get a 100% or not as I'm biting at the bit lol :)
 
Shit, german residents are no longer allowed at videoslots since a few days.
It was my favourite casino. I loved the weekly races and cashbacks but the fast cash outs were awesome too.
A lot of places are closing down for germans, i dont know if there will be some options left in a few months except RTG :(

There's an issue with Yggdrasil games at Videoslots...

The spin that triggers the free spins (on any of their games) is very noticeably laggy (ie: you can tell that the free spins are coming before the reels start stopping). It's clear that it does that because the server "sends" all the spins at once and then the result is displayed on the player's computer spin by spin. I know it's that because one time I triggered the FS on Cazino Zeppelin and started getting those little "Mega Big win" notification windows in the bottom right corner before I actually started winning them!

I was about 5 spins in the bonus and then it went crazy: one, two, three, four, five, six "Mega big win" windows piling up on top of each other even though I wasn't winning anything. I was wondering what was going on then bam! I got a full line of sticky wilds and that's why I had plenty of "mega big win" notifications seconds earlier. The server already knew the result of the entire bonus round, which explains the laggy triggering spin.

Anyways, I'm not sure if it's fixable (probably not) but it's annoying...especially the "free spins are coming" lag. I refuse to play their games anymore because of that...it's especially infuriating when you get 2 scatters and the game slow downs but you already know that you won't get the 3rd one because the spin wasn't laggy.

Thank you for your feedback. I will investigate this issue and come back to you with an answer as soon as I know anything about this matter.

Regarding trophies, we have put a delay on them a while ago and they should not show until spin has been completed.

I thought I would check this site out to see if I can even play there which looks like I can, But I never received a account validation code and when I tried to hit resend code it gave me a error and looks like I can use my account without one?
