I don't think it's that easy to just make games unavailable since there is bound to be changes in the webdesign as well.

I like Guts but if they would have done as you suggest they, and about 60 other EM casino, would have been closed all March and April ;)

I think what should have been done was a warning when you logged in like refre suggest.

error messages

Lots of error messages for me , deposited 800 yesterday , up and down finally gave up with it today and withdrew half (very fast approval) I couldn't get any quickfire games to load , managed to play twin spin and starburst but constant messages saying can not find account ...very frustrating , spent the rest of day playing old school 'gladiator' but its boring after the likes of IR and thuderstruck11....back to 32red I guess :-(
Shame because theres a huge choice of games but too much like hard work . taximania
 
It seems their tech issues are solved - games were playing OK last night!

While I do greatly appreciate their presence at the forums, and that they were able to solve the stability issues so quickly, I'm not entirely convinced by the compensation offered. Sure, free spins are a great touch and always welcome, but in this case, when I heard 'compensation' I thought my deposit or at least a great part of it, would be re-credited. The 25 free spins I received equalled 4% of my deposit, and the end result was half of that.
I may have been totally unrealistic though - it probably wouldn't be the first time :o

Now shoot me for complaining about free stuff :p

Well as good as they are I do not think 25 spins cuts the mustard, Especially when only 4% of your original deposit, It would not of been so bad if there was a pop up message to let people no,

Its like the other problems with netent's balances, I wish casino's and suppliers would concentrate on making things run smooth than run before they can walk,

You got something because you talked to Dan here, the rest of us got nothing so well done:thumbsup:

People could still play and win even if it was a horrible experience trying, so of course they can't pay people back what they lost.

Sure, everyone is getting their RTPs worth - they are not getting their entertainments worth though.
All players should be compensated. This is not about crunching numbers, and working out if there's room for a freebie.
It's about realizing that service was not of it's usual standard, and that things could be handled differently.
It may cost them - doing nothing may cost them even more.
Without a warning and/or apology players may not realize their experience was out of the ordinary - just that gameplay is horrible at Videslots.

Taking on board what Daniel has said, I gave Videoslots another try this morning.

I consistently got "this game is not available" every few minutes. Unsure if this is affecting others but I would say this:

1). I have experienced this issue on VS since last week.
2). I have played DOA a lot via other sites on this computer and in this browswer without incident.
3). I have absolutely no intention of speaking to their support department who will ignore points one and two and insist i "clear my cache and do something with cookies".
4). I have an fast and stable internet connection. We can use multiple devices at a time without issue. Having only been running two at the time these were happening, the other stuff i was doing was fine so that rules out internet connectivity.

Anyone else been getting these issues?

Taking the above into account, I cannot believe it is at my end.

One thing, we do recommend you to clear you cache and cookies as we had to do a DNS change on one of our servers yesterday, to fix the problem with Netent. Netent some how manage to block one of our servers and that is the reason for the issue.

my first try at video slots

Hi all

I was looking for a new casino to try to broaden my horizons as Im pretty loyal to only using a couple for years, so I did my research here on casinomeister and decided to give videoslots a try as the reviews for this casino are excellent.

now ive made previous posts here at casinomeister regarding bonuses that Im not a big fan of them and would normally not take them.

When trying anywhere new I would throw caution to the wind and make a token deposit of around £20.00, But as videoslots is a reputable casino and loved by many, I made a somewhat larger deposit of £100.00 especially as a new customer the bonus looked inviting.

so account opened and deposit made.

No bonus showing but from what ive read here sometimes it can take a bit of time in coming through.

I played my deposit Which I lost fair and square I have no problem with that then logged out.

came back to video slots a little bit latter to see if the deposit bonus had been added, but I found I had a few free spins on stickys, so I played them.

I then chased up cs only to be told that as ive played some free spins on stickys (from memory about 15 I think) that ive now forfeited my deposit bonus.

too me that seemed a little harsh specially as Im a new customer to videoslots.

the cs was very polite and did say he would try to contact accounts but didnt hold much hope on this.

Well with that I decided to close my newly opened account at video slots, And did send a pm to the reps here stating what had happened.

I think philip and david responded to say that this would be looked into but ive not heard from any of them since

I also stated that I would not want the bonus as my account is now closed with video slots and have now moved on to pastures new.

my point in writing this is maybe some message or to be informed for those who love bonuses to not take the free spins as one appears to cancel the other.

I do wish video slotts all the best for I know from the blogs here how hard they have worked to give us the players a casino with a fantastic no nonsense experience and the very latest in casino games.
 
The bonus does not go directly on to your bonus, Every so much you spend it goes on in increments,

Also feeling let down

I must say my views on this casino have also gone downhill a tad and I find myself back at my old favorites, the support team is top notch if not the best out there, my issue lies in the reward system, I'm very selective with the games I play and hence I've unlocked all the achievements and rewards for those games, I'm not interstates in unlocking rewards I've repeatedly failed at with other casinos just to get a few free spins, I saw on this site that they were gonna review that system and tweak it to start from scratch again on slots most played, this hasn't been done, the cashback is great but isn't truly a 25% cashback as advertised, the races are great too but the pool keeps getting larger which sounds great but with an 400 or so extra players ( exaggerated ) I find the more popular this casino gets the less is paid out or maybe the same RTP but to more players and that's a good thing but at the rate of my loss/win ratio it's looking like I'm better off going to the land based casino just down the road, which I am actually popping into a little later and I have a ticket for a draw on a brand new Audi A3 convertible so hold for me peeps :)
I still love this casino, they payout super quick, nice variety of games and support in my experience is the best I've seen!! But I don't think I'll it will be my 1st choice for much longer as it seems to be focused on drawing new players rather than focusing on loyal consistent players

My last session will net me approx 30 cashback next Friday which is more than 25% of my deposit. I also have a place in the race probably won't be high up but everything helps! I played for hours with my last deposit and tried new games so entertainment wise I got value for my money and I did get a profit.:)

On the downside if you have a losing session you probably won't end up with much (it's happened to me lots of times). Overall I think that they are a top notch casino and have more games than most.

Very well said it is defenitly worth playing there for entertainment and that alone and I admire your control of handling the cashback and casino race funds in that regard it's a smart casino as you you at least getting wager free funds on losses, but I must insist that they have to look at the rewards and achievements as I would personally prefer FFFP points to convert even to bonus money than be forced to unlock a reward for playing a game I hate

Just an update from me to say that Philip sorted this out for me so many thanks to him and the team at videoslots and yes my account is back on line with them so lets see what we get.....:D
 
I know not Videoslots fault but my dummy is firmly out of pram after awful Steam Tower session. Deposited £50 and only got 216 spins at 30p. Such short playtime for £50 and even my worst immortal romance session doesn't match that lol.

I'd ask for a comp but read before Videoslots don't do that. I thought Steam Tower was a low to mid variance slot!

Wouldn't mind if I won there occasionally. Must just be having awful run and know not casinos fault. Don't mind the lose as much as the lack of playtime .

Steam Tower is low / mid var yes but it has its moments when it can be crap had that a few times. More often and not though it chucks out the FS on average every 100 to 120 spins ... dont think I have gone over 150 spins without getting the bonus round (Most times). But around 3 times it has totally effed me. giving nowt and taking me close to 400 spins before hitting the bonus. Sounds like you had one of those sessions where the slot was in horror mode.

Still my fave release though of 2015 as far as netent goes which aint to hard as rest of the slots they have released this year have been crap. Stickers even makes StarBollocks look decent!

Thanks your post has made me feel more positive. I'll give this slot another go but just a few spins a day until it gives something back lol. Was a horrid session. Guess just proves even low variance can be awful at times.

If course it's not Videoslots fault. Just the chance you take but it's kind of natural to get hump after such horrid session :)

With this one I set it to do 100 spins these days ... and if I dont hit the bonus round in that time I am gone. But I have to say without having hard stats at least 7 out 10 I do. The odd bonus round can pay utter shite but overall they are fairly decent with a few big wins every so often. Even reached the top 3 times now. If I was on a bonus I would defo include this one to grind out wager requirements if ahead.

In the end though no matter how long or hard we play we are doomed to loose. Nature of the beast. :cool: heres hoping you get to the top floor next time round :thumbsup:

Great news, I bet alot of happy customers with the reset buttons, I do not play there as much as I would like, The other week I had 3 swift deposits that bought no luck, I did log into to account the other day to find £3 odd there which must of been from cash back or race,

over a few days I put in 13 15 27 14.50 14.50 not alot but only bet small, I just have no luck,
