I share the same opinion as many others commenting on this tread.
This is generally a good site. Good CS, many games to pick from.

Like many others I have not had any luck here and never made it as far as a withdrawal so I dont know how fast payout is.

The negative is that the "achievement" system and rewards are more annoying than fun, as they do not scale up
to how much the customer has spent/wagered.

I lost both my deposits and wagered 2500-3000 euro in one night.

Rewards are 35 freespins at minimum bet (typically 0.10/0.25)... I would rather not have anything then!
Feel more angry and disappointed rather than rewarded

@Krrk - It is correct that you need 210,000 XP in order to advance from level 20 to 21. You will not get any Australian wine nor will you get Tibetan singing bowls or shrubbery. Don't forget theres also the casino cashback promotion that is pretty much tied in with the race leaderboard. I'm a low roller myself and usually deposit $10 or $20 at a time and just last week received $15 in cashback and $20 or so from the race leaderboard. Together thats about $35 and as far as I know theres no wagering requirements tied in with it. Though it definitely helps if your a high roller if you low roll and manage to get good wins and get alot of playing time it will be like a huge bonus because I have cashed out quite a few times and on top of that received free credits from both the cashback and leaderboard.

Having played at quite a few online casinos now as a low roller I have yet to find 2 better promotions that are tied in with each other than the race leaderboard and casino cashback Video Slots offer. You can simply get quite alot of free credits to play with if you manage to have alot of game time and in the past few weeks I have received at least $20 combined from the leaderboard + cashback that I consider really generous, and all on minimal deposits + withdrawing amounts of $100+. I'm not that big on bonus promotions unless its 100% with x25-x35 wagering requirement. If you don't want to play with bonuses I would highly recommend video slots because you will get rewarded just for playing one way or another. Agreed, the ability to stop playing and cash out means you don't always have to go through the period of hitting big wins in the beginning and having to work your way through clearing a WR after - which quite often means you go bust. If you play even moderately and at bets of above 0.25p I believe to register for leaderboard you will be pleasantly surprised. Its not too hard to end up around position 200-500 for between $5-$20 in cash reward. If you do at least over 1000 spins with minimum 0.25p bets over the duration of the casino race week your pretty much guaranteed to end up on leaderboard. As you play you will unlock rewards that will help too like x3 points for next 50 spins on leaderboard, x3 cashback on next 25 spins etc etc. So if you imagine that you manage to get a decent win or get on a decent roll and play 1000-2000 spins of a slot you can rack up some nice points for the cashback + leaderboard.

I will probably play with the modest balance I have then. Hopefully you will be able to sort out alternatives as per your message. Failing that do you know whether a Citizens Photo ID Card is suitable for photo identification. When I spoke with a chap from customer services he said no because it has to be UK Government issued. I have since researched this and the UK Government no longer issues ID cards BUT the Citizens Card has the Home Office Emblem and is also Police approved and is considered 100% proof of National ID. The Customer Service Rep may not have realised this. I will probably play with the modest balance I have then. Hopefully you will be able to sort out alternatives as per your message. Failing that do you know whether a Citizens Photo ID Card is suitable for photo identification. When I spoke with a chap from customer services he said no because it has to be UK Government issued. I have since researched this and the UK Government no longer issues ID cards BUT the Citizens Card has the Home Office Emblem and is also Police approved and is considered 100% proof of National ID. The Customer Service Rep may not have realised this. Very true and agreed that casinos should have steps in place to cover this, But in the mean time £50 is not going to break the bank and save a hell of alot of back and forth

I am not allowed to drive due to a pretty serious medical condition. For the same reason I do not bother with a passport. Videoslots is a fantastic site. Their structure is second to none in my opinion but by the same token when using a credit or debit card I fail to see why photo ID required when many other sites don't require it in the UK. Nevertheless and despite my annoyance at this I have to commend both Lucas and Philip for respectfully replying to me (one via PM and one on thread) and if I can find any way possible to continue playing here I will. If not then I just will stick to 32 Red and say goodbye to any winnings (unless I hit big with my remaining balance enough to fork out for a pointless passport). I'm holding out some hope for the alternative UK verification mentioned by Philip.

Edit: A brutal Immortal Romance session just zeroed me out, so its now down to future verification methods on whether I will play at this site

I don't yet have one but it's the cheapest route and pleased they are accepted. I will hold fire for a few weeks to see if the alternate method is implemented. Whichever I will be sure to be back. I noticed on the achievments page if you put the tab to "all trophys" and check out some of the games that you played before. the 5 or 7 spins in a row is greyed out but the progress bar is full. so i play these games and 1 win later i have a few trophies and sometimes a reward
