It seems that the problem is still not fixed. Just can't understand why they can't manually refund these wheels.
XP-wheels are valuable wheels including cold cash so it would be very desirable to find a solution to the problem asap.

I know, right? Just mind boggling how on earth can they not credit a simple wheel, surely that must be possible. To be honest I wasn't really getting annoyed about mine until I saw it mentioned here again and realized it's been a week. Just sent VS a PM here, see what happens ?
 
Recall reading over past couple of weeks several members who had not received their level up XP wheels, Bronze/Silver/Gold???

If your reading this and you are one of those affected, did you get them yet please?

Wife's levelled up and still waiting, something to me which should be so simple to solve???

Couple of days, maybe acceptable (but not really) a week - NO!

No IT tech wizard or VS inside knowledge but surely its a case of bringing up the player account, check the XP, see no wheel, click to add, save, simple really IMO!

Guess its all hands to the pump with the ongoing 45K son's bank card scam :p :p

I have talked with the head and this Wheel issue has been prioritised as a top priority issue.

It's not as simple as "simply add and save" issue. The problem is that the Wheels depends on XP-level, which in affected accounts is still wrong due to the technical issue that happened few weeks ago, and the XP-points are still being recalculated. Unfortunately, to do full recalculation of XP-points on the accounts is a heavy process. We want to be sure that every account will have their XP-points correctly added back to be fair with everyone.

Once XP-points have been recalculated, we will know what Wheels the customers are missing, or if they have received a wrong Wheel.

Our developers are working on the fix to recalculate those XP-points and credit all the missing Wheels but meanwhile our team will go manually through all the known cases (on forums and on contacts to our support) and those will be credited as soon as possible.

Anyone here missing a Wheel due to the XP-level issue, could you please contact us at [email protected] so that we can find your account and include in the top priority list. We can find most of your accounts but to ensure that your account is found, it's better to contact our email and give your username or email address so that we can locate your account.

I hope this explains why it has took longer than we wanted to fix the issue but we are actively working on it.

We truly apologise any inconvenience caused by this technical issue.

Your accounts are not actually affected by the XP-points issue but it is related issue. Your Wheels should be added very soon.

Time for honesty....

I reported the wheel issue on behalf of my wife as shown in an earlier post I made on this thread. - She does not come on CM very often hence her asking me to mention it on the Videoslots main thread. (Post 17848 - Page 714)

Meanwhile the Silver wheel has been credited to my account and not hers (I am not due one at the moment)

What shall we do @Team.Videoslots - Obviously I will not spin it as I have not earnt it, my wife however (Kerry Mincher) has not received the silver wheel.

Hi, thanks for the reply but i spent 24 emails with CS and yourselves regarding this so have just written it off - it was around the 750 win mark not adding up - it wasn't, as proven by the lack of progress on the right hand side achievement, adding up (and still isn't) but tbh i'm fed up trying to explain it

I really think you need to take another look at your site, more issues, so bad, I've logged out with a positive balance and stopped playing, it is so frustrating.

Only spinning Dead or Alive (Netent) at minimum bet, however it is not taking the bets correctly and also not crediting wins correctly either. (network or communications error maybe?)

I just hit a bonus feature for about £7.50GBP and this did not credit to balance either.

I have logged off as I say to see if the fault corrects itself in the next hour or so and FWIW, I really cannot be bothered emailing support.

I logged off for over an hour and upon resuming the missing win had indeed credited correctly.

There does indeed seem to be some sort of lag and delay where the balance will not reflect correctly, not taking into account both winning and also losing spins, it does update eventually but makes it very hard to keep an accurate check on my balance (even the home page does not shoe correctly)

This has happened before and seems to rectify itself when I start a new session the following day.

I do think it maybe a game and provider error rather than your site itself, I will keep an eye on things, see if the fault continues and get in touch via the appropriate method should this be deemed necessary

It's good to hear that the winning was credited correctly after all.

It sounds like you have some network issues at the moment. I have not noticed other contacts regarding this game or Netent in general about lagging issue. I would suggest to try some basic troubleshooting such as clearing cache and cookies. If it doesn't help then maybe rebooting your router.

Not to withdraw, but I made a small neteller deposit at mrvegas four days ago....and still waiting my player account to be funded. I contacted support several times but they only talk about "some issues" and I will be informed.
Usually takes a week for failed deposits to appear. And they wont do anything until a week has passed no matter what.

Nope, it has now been nearly two weeks, since MrVegas decided to withhold my deposit and not to fund my account. I‘m an online player since many years and deposits have been missed before. But in all cases, the problem between casino and wallet has been resolved inbetween 2-3 days. I contacted MrVegas support several times via chat, support form, and email and have sent in the proof of deposit from Neteller three times. Also I have sent the screenshot of my deposit to Team.Videoslots when they offered me to help...but nothing worked. Yes I am a low rolling player and doing small deposits and maybe my business is not important enough for MrVegas casino, but this gives them not the right to keep my funds before I have played it! This is rogue behaviour.

I have jumped from level 29 to level 36, this is a slight annoyance because it was only 5000XP from a level 30 bronze wheel, now I'm 35,000 XP from my next bronze wheel at level 40, bit annoying but the added XP should give me 30 days of free battles(?) which is probably worth more than a bronze wheel anyway.

You can see in the screenshots I'm at level 36 and have skipped level 30 and 35 trophies.

I have not earned these trophies though due the manually added 70,000 XP I have skipped 7 levels., Was close to level 30 would have probably got that by the end of the year.

Yes it was for the finns too.
Misleading stuff again. It all depends on whether you use the site in Finnish or English are you playing the right game or the wrong game.
I think original game (wolfs bane) has changed after the publication of the calendar and they have updated only english version

You really need to do something about the awful lag on your site, it is happening EVERY 4-5th spin no matter what game is being played. Making the end user experience terrible.

It is constant, that it does not matter if site traffic is quiet or the battles are running or not. It has been like this for me now for at least a week.

Every game from multiple providers is the same, you will be able to do 4-5 spins without problems then you will get a five second laggy spin, it seems worse on cascading style games such as Bonanza or Tome of Madness in the Frenzy on Monday just gone.

I am currently about to undertake some home trouble shooting problems just in case now you say the site is fine, that the problem lies my end. should I still not solve the problem then I will report it back here.

Just reporting same as jono from a few days ago, but today its worse constant lag on spins ( appears to affect all providers ) and for the last 2 hours at least constant disconnects and errors from games telling me to reload.

Is this connected to the "maintenance" done this morning ?? I have given up for today as its practically unplayable.......

Not really, as I said not important

Just noticed the layout changes when I first loaded the game today that is all, RTP and everything else that matters is unaffected so all good!

I wonder if the lag is because it's waiting for the UK profit/loss meter to update? That's what I'm finding - every 3 or 4 spins there's a 5 second wait that ends when the meter updates. It's like there's a delay getting that info to the meter and it refreshing, and you can't complete the next spin until the profit/loss result from the previous spin has been added...
