Can you look into returning them to how they were please, its horrible and makes the game more 'jerky'

May need to reach out to Netent, it seems to be applied globally as I tested it at another casino and its the same there

Have sent a few e-mails over the past week with some extra information, but had no answer or update. Any chance of getting this solved any time soon? I should've had a Red Wheel for Extra Chilli last week, but because of the bug/issue, it won't trigger.

The issue was successfully replicated on our end and we have raised it to the game provider now. Thank you for reporting it. I couldn't locate your account so I can't see whether you have raised this to us already in email, but if you haven't yet - please email us from your registered email address so that we make sure your round gets unfrozen.
