We had some issues with the that Payment Provider in the last couple of days, but those issues should be solved now, so new transactions should work without any issues, and this missing one should hopefully already be on your account balance.

Another question for @Team.Videoslots about the achievements for games.

It looks like these have been updated and the 500 and 750 wins in one day achievements for games have been removed. I recently completed all achievements for Extra Chilli and Bonanza (thanks for fixing that!), and when I reset them, the 500 and 750 achievements were no longer there.

Firstly, can I say that is a good thing, as they are difficult to get in lower RTP games and also given that us in the UK can't do fast spins any more!

But... games where I have incomplete achievements before the change has made still have the 500 and 750 achievements listed. However, the counter for those achievements no longer goes up making the "complete achievements" trophy now impossible to get, and therefore impossible to get the red wheel.

For example:

The counter for 500 and 750 no longer changes.

I have a few games like this - what can be done?

It was the same last year - they may as well have just allocated 5FS for a tenner deposit. Stopped doing it after a few days when i realised it was the 5FS Xmas Giveaway.
