@Team.Videoslots - I sent you an email with the details. I am not happy about this to be honest, when the site went down 3 days ago I did a deposit right before the site went offline and the deposit still got deducted from my paypal balance and I got the transaction ID for it yet it NEVER got credited into my VS account.

I did goto Live Chat when it came back online and reported it and gave them the screenshot I also sent u the screenshot now via the email. But they still have not credited me the missing deposit and it has now been 3 days.

I also sent you a PM as well :)

Well the rounders I have actually won it 2 times. Second was 4 out of 5 in the money. But yes no more blue wheels .no matter. But Tuesday madness pretty easy to get, considering frenzy Monday if you can't win a 1$ for madness something wrong. The worst thing by far is the rtp crazy play and go, must be running around 30% ?. Especially viking ruinfeild I say that is at 10%, really bad.

Lucky you.

Today was the first time I've ever got past round 1 of the jackpot chase...only to come last in the 2nd round. Hard enough getting a free ticket, let alone making it to round 5 :laugh:
 
Been lucky enough with some of the battles but only in the last 12 months: made it to round 5 twice: fourth at the first time (when it didn't pay) and the second time made 2nd. Only took a few years but made second in Tuesday and placed in Saturday, with the space of a few months. Pretty sure that's all the luck used up for a good few years right enough.

No huge amounts but Bonanza is robbing me of small wins due to the site errors (stopped playing for now) The game is freezing and disconnecting several times and winnings spins are not resuming correctly nor crediting cash balance / wins

I did have a couple of screenshots but upon going to load them here, it seems my drop box is full and not taking print screens

Total amount is only estimated at about £3 - £4 so not too bothered but others if this is happening without them maybe realising may be bothered.

With the upmost respect I cannot be bothered with an email, this is a heads up post really :thumbsup:

It's amazing how they hype up this new battle weekend as if it's an improvement.. And you have to pay to join one of the battles.

They have 50-100% increased profit on the slots, compared to before the RTP nerf (96-92% RTP is double the profit), no expenses with the "weekend booster" to new players, and the weekend booster to the old players has gone down as a result of the RTP reduction, they even removed jackpot wheels from the easy-ish achievements, but that still wasn't enough profit for them, so they had to lower the rewards from the monthy battles too.. And they don't give out any bonuses to anyone, not even streamers get them.

But they still cant afford to get the new Push Gaming slots, or fix the server issues during battles.

I really wonder whos pocket all this extra money is going into.
 
I'm done with the constant reduction of rewards, bad RTP and all the techincal issues every time there is a battle going on. This was my last casino account, but nothing lasts forever. The playtime you get with your deposit has steadily been going down, partially because the slots are becoming more and more volatile, but mainly the reduced RTP.

Are the Loyal Players going to get a Extra special Battle once its sorted. A lot of players stay at the site because of these battles. Those who have done there 2500xp to get in them have now lost on a hour Thursday, 6 Hours Friday and now 4 today. On my average that is around 48 rewards you have saved per a player

oh man that annoys the hell out of me when playing 2 games the wins get spoiled on the other games balance, still, UKGC to the rescue of that one GL playing 2 games without autospins.

@goatwack @dionysus - I agree entirely with you both. VS are no longer the best casino and they need to sort their shit out because as I seen loyal players are already closing their accounts with them and moving on elsewhere!

I will now be doing the same. I will not be closing my account as I no longer close any casino accounts for various reasons. But VS is now DEAD to me.

I will be switching to Pokerstars as my main casino now and party casino as my second goto casino for the slots that Pokerstars do not have.
 
I just wanted to say this too.

The only thing that would make me come back to VS would be if they undone all the cutbacks, fixed the servers/improved compacity, made the battle nights and battle weekends worthwhile again instead of the shite they have now became. Brought back casino races and remove clash of spins, bring back loyalty department, switch back to higher RTP for providers, allow live chat agents to get issues resolved their and then and GET RID OF THE QUEUE system!, bring back the blue wheel spins for 4 wins in a row on slots.

So yeah that list is huge, will any or all of them happen? 100% NO CHANCE.

The next thing VS will cut will be getting rid of the cashback. TRUST ME it will happen. They have pretty much cut everything else.

VS fall from grace is soooooo sad to see and such a shame as a long time loyal customer.

It was a nice ride we had but unfortunately our ride as now come to an end. @Team.Videoslots - Thanks for all you have done but for me it is the end of the road.

To be fair it is not about me or anyone else moaning or complaining. I am not the only person who complains about VS or any other casino in this or any other casino orientated forum, moreso it is the fact that VS have made huge changes and made huge cutbacks and yet they keep adding new customers and new slots and providers and forget to keep upgrading their capacity and servers which means slots are slow and laggy and cause slow spins and server errors.

We all know slots that casinos host in their casinos are not hosted on casinos servers but they are hosted on slot providers own servers! So that is down to slot providers to increase capacity and add servers to make them run smoother and faster the more popular some of their slots become. What the issue then comes down to is the fact all the requests get sent back and forward between a casino's server and the slot providers server when a player opens a slot and presses the spin button. Each one of those requests needs to get server load from both sides. VS servers obviously can not handle that increase in traffic and server load. Hence why now some slot providers at VS now are basically giving errors often and are in some cases unplayable like Isoftbet, Synot Games for example.

I do not even think it is wrong in us even complaining about casinos when they make changes or have issues, it should be welcomed because it then should give them a reason to make their casino better and not worse and improve the casino as a whole. But that just obviously is not in VS management's minds any longer the only thing that is in their minds is cutbacks cutbacks and cutbacks.

One last thing I wanted to say. I also recall when I first came across VS casino I was an affiliate and I owned an affiliate website. They only had a Curacao license then too. So it was not a trustworthy casino when it first started it. It changed pretty fast and then grew and became great and then as they got other licenses for other jurisdictions including when the UKGC was born etc then the rest is history. Then came the last 2 and a half years when they started the cutback crusades......

I don't like the cutbacks either but remember this...these cutbacks are bringing the casino in line with others. VS offered a lot of perks in comparison to other casinos (especially for low rollers) and now it's balancing up. They are not obliged to offer 15k madness battles, sit n go evenings, battle weekends etc etc but they have done and we've all got used to it.

I can't think of one other site I've played at that offers what VS have over the years I've been playing at their casino.

I am not disagreeing with that point though and I never said otherwise either. All I said was they have made cutbacks the last 2 and a half years and vastly reduced what they was giving back to customers.

And yes you are right of course people will get used to what a casino gives out and what promos they might have and offer and do, but any casino as we all know can change or end them at any given time for what ever reason they choose to use. Yes that has happened at VS and they now are starting to change the battle events too.

At the end of the day I was used to what they did give back but I deposited 1000X more than what I got given back from them anyway, so for me it is not even scratching the service of what I have given them over the years I been loyal to them.

Ok so if I compare to other casinos I played at to over the years YES I agree VS are obviously the casino that have given me back the most. I agree on that one and yes again you are correct that no other casino even comes close to them in that regards even with all the cutbacks they have made. VS are still giving some back which is far higher than any other casino does currently.

What does not help is the jurisdictions you are living in either be that the UKGC or for any other country like Germany etc where they keep bringing new rules in for online gambling in their own countries it means they are also stopping casinos even allowing to give customers anything back or incentives or promos back to customers to keep them coming back and to become loyal etc.

Anyway I will leave it here, I said all I needed to say now :)
 
I've only played at VS for maybe 4 - 5 years now, almost daily deposits, so I remember really well how battles used to be at the start.

Others will remember too, it used to be good games, small prize pools and only a couple hundred players tops. Reason I'm saying this is that these days there's 2000 playing every freeroll - that's a lot more people depositing and meeting the WR. I honestly believe most of these players came and stayed because of the perks and battles. I really do hope there's nothing shady going on and these are tech difficulties, because IMO, VS must know they're going to lose a lot of customers if they get rid or seriously cut back on battles.

There isn't any way to remove this, as the Net Winnings counter is part of the new UK regulations.
We do very much appreciate the feedback about this feature giving away the result of the spin before the animations of the games has finished, and we will internally look into how we may be able to enhance the gameplay experience with this in mind, while still being compliant with the regulations set.

So irritated by VS at present I joined to share my thoughts.

You're right - they aren't obliged to do anything, customers such as myself are also not obliged to hand over our money to them.

Having been a player there for a number of years I've noticed a few things recently:

1. The slots chosen for battles have reduced in value - often poor games with low stakes.

2. The tech problems for battles, if that is the underlying reason (and I have no reason to dispute that but I am suspicious as to motivation of bean-counters behind the scenes) are not being managed or communicated appropriately. "We would like to tell you.." excuse me?! I will assume English is not the first language of the person writing these statements simply because they're making it sound like a good thing. "We are sorry to inform you", "Unfortunately, due to..." are far more appropriate.

3. The duration of some of the sessions has been reduced.

4. Reading the earlier RTP discussions I asked VS specifically to advise if RTP on some games I play regularly has been reduced (and not communicated to me) in the time I've been playing. This has not received a clear answer yet and I don't think any casino can expect people to check the RTP every time they play.

5. Playtime on games across a range of providers at present is hideous. "Full-on drain mode". Yes, we do gambling online, yes there are lots of conspiracy theorists in this world - but when you get hundreds/thousands of dead spins on games from various providers then it does prompt questions.


All starting to feel they've got a bit too big for their boots.

Won't be making any more deposits to VS until they do something to put this right.

I would recommend to anyone who finds this irritating to do as I do when playing two games at once on computer - open a notepad and pop it over the offending element.

For example, if playing DOA and Gonzo's Megaways, I'll always cover the balance on DOA as if you hit a feature in Megaways it will show your winnings before you've had a single spin - which is idiotic tbf.

Ridiculous isn't it? If you're incapable of doing simple adding or subtracting to work out how much you are up or down at any given point then you shouldn't be gambling. Completely pointless addition. Absolutely no-one is going to find that useful. To think that some hand-wringing jobsworth actually got paid real money to come up with that really aggravates me. They simply cannot be a slot player.

@Team.Videoslots I understand why it's there, but it's the implementation. In "Beef Lightening" for instance, that game provides exactly the same info in the game screen itself. That updates the "Net position" after the game round animation has all completed.

I'm surprised you need to add this yourselves though - is it not up to the game provider to show this info "in game"? Thunderkick have been doing it for ages, and BTG are updating their games with it.

A fix is being done to the net win to make it update after spin is completed. They are removing it for now until its sorted.
