Logged on today to play extra chilli as was going to finish off the coin meter as I have done several hundred times before and its gone, no warning or anything what happens to all the coins I had collected on the stakes just lost with no compensation? Im not gonna lie I'm a bit pissed off about it I have put hundreds of thousands of spins through this game, that wont be happening now.
All collected hearts have also been removed from Lil Devil seriously WTF is going on? So another game that will be going from my play list.

@Big Time Gaming This is another reason to stop playing your games If we cant trust collectibles to remain active there is no point in even starting to play any games with them. Looks like BTG have "updated" their games. Not sure why they've removed it as the bonus buy was (very wisely) blocked.

I completed the SoW questionnaire a few years ago. But now just had a similar thing again but it did not ask me to upload any documents in it. It just asked me some simple questions which I answered then I just submitted it.

As it is 1:28am I am not expecting them to verify it until they come into work. Is it normal for them not to ask for documents at first in the form? There is also no extra sections in the Documents section either asking me to upload anything extra either? @Team.Videoslots - Any idea how long this process will take please?

I also have a pending withdraw too of £250.08 which is now being held to ransom.............

I have had the above loading issues with certain providers in recent months too.. no limit, merkur etc.. they do the above same things to me too. Doesn't seem browser specific, but cant pin down exactly why they do it either. Usually multiple refreshes will get no limit working, merkur will work sometimes, and others doesnt want to know. Be good to know of a solution to it!.

This year battles have been every time in weekend after 25th. So if 25th is friday battle weekend is 26th - 27th. If 25th is saturday battle weekend will be in next week. Now an exception has made and i'm totally confused.

Playtimes never been great at VS tbh for me: put 50 in, play a 96%, and getting 150XP points is a regular occurrence.

Suppose depends what you like: if you're lucky to find a place that will fire you depo offers then i prefer that, even with wagering and a cashout 1/10: more about playtime atm for me.

The watering down of the rewards is palpable - red wheels of 50FS @10p compared to few years ago and frequent upgrades to the other wheels etc

Says more about the perks of other casino's that folk still prefer to play there

Slots seem to be stuck in "graveyard mode" for a long time now and like you I am getting no value or play time for my deposits each and every time.

I have already hit my loss limit twice this year, something I've never done since registering until 2021. Granted it is a low limit and causes no hardship for me but it clearly shows to me the main cause of this is the RTP drop.

When they got rid of the usual Blue wheel for 4 wins in a row, it also removed the extra playtime that you can sometimes get with a lucky extra reward. The Blue's are definitely not "random" now.

As you say, they get played back. Got my first Blue in ages yesterday for 5,000 wins on a slot. And yep, a 1 Euro Battle ticket...

I always thought VS was more for us low rollers - I get a nosebleed when I roll more than 40p - but when there's no playtime on low rolling, you tend to want to look elsewhere.

Plus if you win any freespins in Battles, you can guarantee they'll be on a low RTP slot, and very lucky if you win anything that's worth 3 or 4 hours of your time grinding freespins out.
