Just another heads up about Synot games, it actually appears to be all of them for me not just the 243 mexicana Only been using chrome, but i will try firefox next time i have a session, but others have reported it as well any chance you can take another look as i cant see players sticking with them if they all that laggy??

Also I noticed now that Playson and Isoftbet are also lagging a lot now too. Every 4 or 5 spins it lags and takes like 20/30 seconds to the spin animation to actually stop the reels!

It now makes those providers pretty much no longer enjoyable to play. Isoftbet used to be always fast too. No idea why all of a sudden there is soo many slot providers struggling? Maybe they need new servers because more and more is now playing their slots and they just have not added more servers to help ease the load?!

Has anyone else not been getting any blue wheel spins?

I played all the new slots all this week and I unlocked the first 2 achievements which usually always guarantee a blue wheel spin but I have not had a single blue wheel spin?

I am talking about the 2 achievements win 3 and 4 times in a row! Those ones are the 2 that always guaranteed a blue wheel spin. But this week. NOTHING. Not a single blue wheel spin? So yeah what is going on?

We haven't changed our Wheel of Jackpot logic. The only time there is a guaranteed spin on a jackpot wheel is 1) every 5th XP level and 2) after completing all trophies for a game. The only other times you would receive a spin on the wheel is randomly hidden ones behind trophies.

On the dedicated Wheel of Jackpot page you can check any updated info about the wheels and when you'd receive them- sometimes we update it. The Blue wheel now says that it will be hidden randomly behind trophies:

So is that an admission of guilt that you have indeed recently changed them? Not even a reference to what I said? about the win 4 times in a row is 99% guaranteed a blue wheel spin. So now you state that they are hidden at random behind random trophies. So is this yet another cutback?

It just seems VS is getting worse and worse now. Bad choice of slots always getting picked in the battle nights and just further reductions in other areas then the RTP fiasco just makes your casino less and less appealing to keep being loyal at any longer!

Thank you for your reply to my message. Sometimes there are changes being made to the Wheel of Jackpot. This is something we do to change things up a bit, occasionally, for example with what trophies the wheels are hidden behind randomly. We do this at our own discretion, but we always change the dedicated page with any new info and of course you are always welcome to ask us about any changes you notice.

Regarding what you said about the 99% guarantee to get the blue wheel- what happened most likely is that the chosen trophies that gave the wheels have been updated. I'm sorry if this change disappoints you. But as stated on the dedicated page about Blue Wheels-they are hidden behind randomly selected trophies and we just try to assure it being selected at random by updating these.

I suspect Fruit Party 2 will come at some point. But for some reason VS seem to skip certain slots from some providers. They skipped a few now from Push Gaming. That Joker slot and now jammin jars 2. I think there might be a few others too.

VS just seem to not want to have certain slots. They never used to be like this, such a shame they have changed soo much the last 2 years! :(

Since you are on @Team.Videoslots how long would it normally take to find out why a deposit from Neteller never showed in account.

It was only the minimum amount so not bothered about the money.

More the fact i wanted to deposit this weekend but can't until i know nothing is up and the deposit will be accepted.

Happened on Thursday and at the time i supplied the agent with the email with transaction code and also with a neteller screenshot showing the money went to yourselves.

Asked chat again Yesterday and the lady said you had problems on Thursday with some Neteller payments and finance team were in contact with them If that is true then surely within 48 hours they would have replied to yourselves.

Like i say it was a minimum deposit so not bothered about the money. More bothered that if i make other deposits and they do not get accepted either then the money is gone as obvious not quick to find out why it never credited account.

So just wondering how long it normally takes to find out why deposits never credited especially if it happened to several people. Not contacted chat again and wont as for the sum of money it is not worth the hassle and i am not one to ever really use chat.

Why would you take it away?

On Thursday they said they send the details to payments. On Friday the lady said it had happened to a few people and Payments were chasing it up with Neteller whether that is true or not i do not know.

Like i said it was the minimum deposit but the lady on Friday said best not to deposit again till it is sorted . I was wanting to deposit over the weekend but never as advised. But as it is now Sunday i would have thought within 3 days they would have sorted it by now as they were given the transaction number etc.

Not bothered about the money more bothered if it had been a larger deposit that noone would have got back to me yet and that if i make a deposit and for some reason that does not go through i would be waiting days to find out why.

Any news on the synot provider problem of mostly laggy spins?

I can now confirm, it isn't a browser issue, as tried chrome, firefox and now safari, tried PC, laptop and ipad all do the same and don't seem to be any particular time of day. Occasionally they play ok but very rarely and only for a handful of spins. All games seem affected, and can no longer stand playing them when some spins can take over 20 secs!

It actually reminds me of it being similar to the BTG issue that happened some time ago where bonanza was really laggy for ages before they fixed it, could it be the same sort of issue? Or is it only a uk think as support keeps reporting they not getting the laggy spins?

Well has happend to me twice at VS when a Neteller deposit didnt show up but
On both ocosions was fixed within couple of hours after i contacted live chat
They added the amount manually so dunno why yours is taking so long

Was only a small deposit just more annoying that the agent advised not to deposit until sorted as i had wanted to play at VS this weekend but such is life lol.

Had the same thing thursday morning. Deposit 20 with neteller and got message, deposit compleet money is in your account, but it isn't. Spoke with livechat and sent a screenshot off the deposit. Livechat said i send it to the financial department and they let you now by mail. Still waiting on the mail. Two weeks ago had the same thing with a neteller deposit and it took four days, so i think it will there tomorrow. So this weekend i play at other casinos.

Didn't realize it wasn't a slot, as after loading it said something like play on the splash screen, as soon as it loaded obvious its a scratch game so exited.

However i noticed my balance had dropped 50p so went back to the game to a incomplete game round!

So actually when you load it up if you click on the play on the first screen your faced with your actually committing to a game, which TBH is not good at all, I don't play scratch and wouldn't have even clicked play if i had know it actually meant there and then, without viewing any info.

A very naughty setup if i'm honest, luckily it was only 50p and Im not after a refund or anything but it did feel very predatory as many games you click away from the loading splash screen before you actually commit to anything.

We checked the game out from here and as you described, by pressing "play" on the first screen that appears for the player after loading screen you commit to spending 0.50 for the scratch card and right after you are able to scratch it. This is just how the game is set up and in the game side bar you have access to the rules where it explains it will spend this 0.50 by pressing "play".

I find it staggering that this game could get past the certification process to be honest. I mean surely the player needs to be presented with a screen of the actual game before they start playing, so they're able to make a decison on whether to participate or not? I can't think of any other slot or game in existence where on first load-up you can commit money before you've seen what the game looks like. It's like there's a whole phase of the play-cycle missing.

Imagine going into a butchers and all the meat is wrapped in opaque plastic, and you can only open it after you've bought it to make sure you've got a steak and not two sausages...

I think a lot of players would find that misleading, and I also think its intentional from the provider knowing that a high proportion of players would otherwise just close the game as soon as they know its a scratch and not a slot, but no as you would have committed to a game.

Lucky that it loads a default stake of 50p and not £5 like some slots do!

As lemon said I'm also surprised that it passed certification as well as to me it was not totally clear that a game round would start by pressing play now.

I guess the only reason the play now button is grayed out is I have no balance.

I'm also waiting on a deposit to come in (from last week), asked today and they still couldn't give me a clear indication on a timeframe of when to expect it to be credited.

Being curious.

Did you end up getting it sorted and money in account. And if so have you deposited again with no problems.
 
No, still nothing. Spoke yesterday with livechat and they told me that they are still working on it and are waiting for an answer from neteller. They have a screen shot with a transaction ID that I sent. I don't think the problem is with Neteller. I also haven't made a deposit anymore, chat said not to do this either until it's resolved.

Mine was minimum deposit so not actually bothered about money more the fact that if I make other deposits and they fail due to their error then days later they still will not be fixed . Fact it happened to loads of people shows it is a known fault that day. Pity anyone that deposited 100s.

Same experience, deposited over EUR200 and still waiting. I don't believe it's complicated enough to warrant a delay of this long. Also, have never seen this issue with another casino before. Not very impressed.

I know it’s min deposit but it’s still your money so I would want it back if I was you. If you owed VS they would ask for it back in no time to be fair

Yeah, just made L21 last month. Literally after making L21, I saw what others have been saying about reduced wheel of jackpot spins. I have seen the blue wheel spins reduce with a lot of game play - probably reduced by a factor of 1/10 - 1/20 , I have moved from L21 to L23 (about 22k of XP) and I think I have had 3-4 blue wheel of jackpot spins in that time. Still waiting to see what the general changes look like. The battles and weekly events are great but if they can't resolve simple ewallet deposits quickly and transparently then that's a pretty big dealbreaker for me.
