It actually sounds like they are trying to buy themselves more time. If they aren't telling you exactly what you need to do or give them then they are simply stalling.
I maybe didn't read all post about the matter but that account with your mother could that have something to do with it?

Wouldn't think so. We followed all the rules and the guidelines they set out, each and every time; nothing was withheld and we asked permission and checked in always
I keep all emails; there wouldnt be anything circumspect - we always check in first :)

I always try to lend advice as able and am a stickler for following the rules. Nearly, always, play smart, follow Ts and Cs, and right as rain
But things come up and deal with as must.

No I agree with that, but if the rep isn't helping, and you are getting poor customer service, and they are operating like a rogue casino do by blocking play as soon as you deposit, then I think he should know about it.

Just to clarify, do you really mean that accumulated transactions (deposits+withdrawals) trigger CDD verification with you? If i deposit €10 and win big, you need verification documents before you can pay winnings and if winning is really big and meet EDD threshold and still deposit been only €10, you require SOW and everything else before you are willing to pay?

If you serve Canadian players like Dino under MGA license, they really clearly use word "deposit threshold" and there really are no necessary requirement for documents if that deposit threshold is not reached. Would be happy to be proven wrong as many other casinos then are not up to date and should inform MGA to let hem know what is necessary and what's not.

But...if I am playing only 10c per Spin, this means a 10% tax deduction. (My old math teacher would be proud of me). I am curious, where the other 5% will go?

Currently, you are not charged on a 10 cents bet. However, considering the development in the German market is new for everyone, we may implement updates in the near future.

I genuinely can't understand how the German regulators expect a casino to be able to stay in business if they have to pay 5.3% tax on turnover, without doing what you are by charging extra per spin.

Since October last year and when I win the spins are always all mostly dead how is that possible? Surely I would of got lucky one time but it seems the spins are always dead like super super low rtp just for the battles winnings. Example won 20 spins before on that pink elephant game 18 dead spins come on?? Call me weird but that’s not normal and it’s a regular thing as well don’t even be happy about placing in the daily free rolls cos the rewards are ALWAYS dead. Clearly you have never played pink elephants for real money or you would know that it is quite normal to go lots of spins without wins, you would also know that below 10x features are also common.

Free spin rewards are just like real spins in that the more you play the better chance you will hit something decent, but as they are often only in a few spins at a time its a small window to hit something but they do hit big occasionally, loads of people here have posted some pretty good hits from the freebies.

That would depend on what games you played, as unless its changed games like roulette or blackjack for example don't give any XP only slot play etc

indeed, and when playing slots, the amount of XP you receive varies on the RTP% of the slot.
But in this case, it's something else.. it's just nobody knows what lol. everybody I've spoken to on support says they can see there is a problem on their end and I should be levelling up, but I'm guessing they can't find out why because I still haven't heard back from anyone.

I'm still relatively new to the site, the only reason I brought it up to support was because when trying to play a freeroll, i hadn't met the XP requirements of 2500 in the last month, I currently had only earned around 1700, which made no sense because I've never levelled up and my profile says I'm 333.5XP/2000 from levelling up

Finally i'm here at level 21. I'm low roller so it took about five years to pass 210k xp-points. Lot's of losses lot's of big wins and crazy amount of game rounds. Yes i knew level 21 will give special wheel but still it's nice to see some loyalty prize at this point.

Thanks @Team.Videoslots for this award and now it's time to continue my journey to level 22. :D
