But they have now said it can take upto 48 hours to update the withdraw method. This is not how it used to be! This is clearly a new tactic VS is using to stop people from withdrawing. THIS IS A DISGRACE!

It has now been 2 hours and it is still not back to Paypal. The only method it allows is Bank.......... All other methods it says the same error message!
Well you never said that in your message, you said an hour.
Have you spoken to @Team.Videoslots about it? If it keeps removing a legitimate payment method then it's most likely a bug that they can sort out?

Yup, well not sure on the timescales.

But they again added a withdraw method to an old card Ive not used to deposit for ages.
They said last time they would delete that one, but it appears to have reappeared for some reason, in addition they are asking me to re-verify the card (which I wont withdraw to!) again also, for no reason.

Frustration you could say... and it's been a couple of days already now and still pending to be solved.

All our withdrawals are, on average, processed within 5 minutes.

However, thank you for raising your issue. What you describe sounds like a problem I want to take a closer look at. That both you and our payment team have to do manual updates for each withdrawal is not intentional. Though, in the instances where it's necessary, it will, in many cases, result in a delay before we can process your payment.

I will reach out to you via email once I have had a chance to follow up internally.

Will they also start to slow down withdraw times too? Remove battles? Remove the wheels? What next? I am seriously questioning now if I should even continue to keep playing at VS this is just a joke. Pokerstars gets a lot more of my deposits now anyway. so I might just switch to pokerstars! Then have party casino as my back up site. As for the battle weekends. Oh well I will miss them but I do not do that good with them really anyway and they always pick bad slots most of the time anyway. Rant over............

I think VS customer service would throw an office party to celebrate you leaving.
 
Only gripe I have is PLEASE revert to the original Blue and more so RED wheels

These recent changes are not nice, no low roller who finally earns their red wheel want a round 2 JP chase ticket, more so the 75 FS I got earlier in that Red Tiger abomination, uuurgghh!

Least the original ones were fair and I am sure these obvious changes and the way the wheels now work are only saving 'pennies'

Never seen the Jackpot's so high either so they've obviously been slowed down or stopped also ;)

Other than that no qualms whatsoever @Team.Videoslots :thumbsup:

Red Wheel was updated again. I think there will adjustment for the blue soon as well.
 
Chill out! 9 hrs....sheesh. I changed my debit card as it expires this month with VS this week. Whole resolution took 4 days - deposit details updated but withdrawal details not - that took another 48 hrs or so to sort. Frustrating as I had a 4 figure balance and wanted to withdraw but it eventually got done without me ranting like a loon about it. Things are just slower with no in office activity. It'll get done.

But this has happened about 4 other times during the covid 19 pandemic. And they did it within an hour the other times. Before the pandemic it was done within minutes while I was still in live chat with the agents!

I expect most of VS employees know your account details off by heart.

Because your their biggest PITA by a mile.

Yeh its a joke these days. Because i deposited with paypal over 6 months ago videoslots yesterday have decided that now i can withdraw only using paypal or if i wait another 6months i might be able to use visa again even though all my deposit/withdrawal methods are fully verified.

I recall a post on here by team VS some time ago saying that if you contact live chat they will contact payments who will then set your primary withdrawal method manually.

I had an issue some time ago where it was only letting me withdraw via PayPal suddenly, even though most of my deposits had been via Visa Debit. Pretty sure they responded telling me I could get it sorted via live chat. I left it as it was and shortly after it started letting me withdraw to card again anyway.

Yeh it has happened to me in the past and live chat got it fixed but now they are saying that there is nothing they can do. i tried explaining that i no longer have access to that paypal account which is why i havent been using it but they told me they cant do anything because of some regulation.

Oh right, well even in that case I’m not understanding the 6 month thing? Timescales have nothing to do with what methods of withdrawal are open to you. Any regulation is based on net deposit/withdrawal levels per method. So I’m not sure VS have the correct implementation. If Visa was your primary original deposit method and most of your deposits come from this method then by rights your withdrawals should go there too.

yeh 99% of my deposits are visa but because of the first in first out they say 6months ago my first deposit was paypal so therefore my withdrawal must be paypal im guessing it might change after 6months which is why they said it will be back to visa then but not sure. but most casinos use the withdrawal must be same method as deposit so cant understand this first in first out system that VS use.

Oh yeah that’s what happened to me a while back. Withdrawal method defaulted to PayPal and said it was first in first out method. Except it wasn’t. My Visa card was by a matter of years.

It did resolve itself within a week or two though.
