@Lincolnuk -- No, nothing unusual is reported. However, I will look into it to ensure that everything works as intended. As Mr_slot5 said, if you initiate a deposit, but it's not completed, your deposit limit is temporarily triggered as a safety feature. It reset again within 15 minutes.

I know i said i would return in May, and i understand im being impatient returning now after just 5 weeks, but the suspense is killing me.
Whats the deal with Book of ra classic being 92% rtp while all other novomatics are 95ish %, (for Swedish market only as far as i know)

I had that thought, but the problem is not exclusive to Videoslots.
All sites i can play novomatics on have BOR classic set at 92% for some reason.
Not the problem, but im still curious why.

I have checked, and it works for all today's releases that have trophies. However, kindly note that 'Royal Crown' doesn't have any due to technical difficulties (we are working on a fix and hope that we can add trophies for this game in the future).

Well I have problems with all of todays releases....none of the counters show a number on the left hand side. No trophies are registering despite 3 or 4 wins in a row.
I have it on video but can't upload here anymore?? - it start with a last win of £1.20 so 1 win registered I then get 3 more wins in a row and no trophies are awarded.

It is a bit of an erratic situation. I have had the red credit within an hour, I have also waited till the following day on occasion.

Luck of the draw Dream but defo with 24 hours :)

normally a few hours in my experience; once waited nearly a day mind you

Dunno why it's not automated like the others though - must need to manually allocate those 5 FS :p

I know right.... The wheel Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond always get done within 1 hour maximum! All the blue wheels are instant! Makes no logical sense.

I am still waiting, it still has not been credited either! :(

Is there anyway to toggle or filter the achievements so you can see which slots you have completed all trophies in? I can not find any option for it?

What TF is going on that all of a sudden I can withdraw to the card I've deposited from for the last god knows how many years ( and yes it's updated always)

The video slots c.s was SO bad. No help at all. Told me I need to deposit from another method again, to be able to withdraw!?! I don't have multiple bloody cards ..wtf is this guy's?? Why can't I withdraw like I always did ???

Attached are my last deposits all from same card as trying to withdraw onto, also attached at my withdrawals and latest refusals this morning (and one since also not on there )

No one will tell me what Wirecard is either . First I've seen that in there .

Refuses to allow me to withdraw a rightful win ...and then am given the reason above by poor C.S

Makes me think they look at your overall play and stake / loss then decide what values to award you in terms of free spins on which game etc....

I would say that's how it should be really? At least be based of stakes for that game.

Why should someone that completes ALL on a slot with average stake of 20p get the same as someone who completed it with an average stake of £3 ?

Some sort of reward based on average stake would be by far the fairest way to do it, for the casino and player.

I understand you are frustrated, but CS is quite clear that the bank rejected inwards payment, I don't think that is VS fault.
I know you were able to withdraw to that card in the past so you think it is strange that you cannot do this time, but trust me, that happened with me on a few different casinos, main reason is I believe banks sometimes change their policy regarding to inwards payment to the credit/debit card.
Also it happened to me that the bank rejected the inwards payment from casino A, but accepted the payment from casino B, but a few months later, the bank starts to reject the inwards payment from casino B too.

CS suggested to talk to your bank, so why don't you do it? Ask them if they are rejecting international inwards payment to credit/debit cards.

Though one thing strange is why CS did not recommend to use bank wire transfer, you don't need to make another deposit to withdraw by the bank transfer, all you need to do is verifying your bank account by submitting the bank statement with your name and address on.

The best thing you can do while you are waiting for team VS response, talk to your bank, explain them what happened with VS or if you don't want to tell the bank about gambling, simply tell them you were bringing funds from oversea merchant to your debit/credit card but you were informed by the merchant that the bank rejected the inwards payment.

This has never happened me even on Saturdays and Sundays the money goes directly into my visa almost immediately.

What ever they're spinning here is b.s.

It's definitely not as colinsunderland said .

I've had no issues with two other casinos I was lucky with ! Neither one and that was last weekend and the weekend before !!!

Just checked it there from earlier when I instead requested a bank transfer to my IBAN. Hasn't been rejected by VS yet so ... bank transfer ( to a/c visa attached to) is allowed and takes longer - but return to my visa card instantly isn't? Still seems mighty odd that they push so much about only being able to deposit and withdraw to the same method but the c.s was trying to get me to deposit more via a different method in order to take my winnings out that way !? Hmmm?

I have talked with my bank about this issue, and there is nothing strange about bringing money into your bank account via bank transfer when you cannot do that via visa withdrawal to the same bank account. I am using bank transfer for my withdrawal to the bank account that is attached to my visa debit that I use as a deposit, because my bank doesn't accept inwards visa payment from VS and a few other casinos. You don't know it is another issue or bank rejection until you talk to your bank.

When it happened to me, I talked to my bank and my bank confirmed me that is the case, and as far as I know many banks are starting to reject international visa inwards payment from non-sanction merchant, also I was told not by a casino but by my bank, in some casinos I can use visa withdrawal, and some casinos I cannot, because every casinos use different payment processing company. If the money is from non-sanction merchant or country through visa inwards payment, it will be rejected.

I know how you feel, I have been there, when it happened to me first time, it was with another casino, not with VS and I just assumed it was stalling tactic from the casino, when it happened second time I talked to the bank and I learned it is not a stalling tactic from a casino, it is the policy the bank is taking.

Many casinos allow "bank wire transfer" as a withdrawal option even if the player never deposited using bank wire.

I never deposited using "bank wire" in any casino but I don't have any problem with a withdrawal via bank wire transfer, and I am doing that for a few years now so you can relax. Bank wire transfer can be done only on a business day so you have to wait until Monday or Tuesday, but pretty sure you are not able to reverse, so just wait a day or two more. Unless if you used "trusty" which I'm not familiar with since that option is only available in Europe, and I believe a transaction via trusty can be done on weekends(?).

It happened to me the other day for pirates quest slot? Is this normal?

Also I just checked by scrolling through all trophies for the green icon on the slots and I found 1 on Gemix, so I clicked it, but not had the 20 blue wheels yet? lol

Maybe it was an error and it was broken perhaps?

After you reset achievements sometimes you will get 'x wins per day' rolled over from the previous session earned before you reset (if its still the same day)

it happened to me on lil devil i have '750 wins in a day' already despite not reaching the normal 500 wins achievement yet because i powered through the last 1000 wins and then reset achievements.

Thanks, Strange how it gave me about 20 though lol I do not think I will get any for Gemix then lol :( as it is Play N Go. I do not play those slots at VS anymore! because of the reduced RTP!
 
its only if you reset in the same day. the bug has been there for years.

Ahh ok damn it. Thanks for letting me and others know, I will of course "NOT" Take advantage of this then hahaha. Now I just need to focus playing one slot all the time only for a while :)
 
I had the blue wheel glitch on a new release last week, it awarded the wheel for 4 wins in a row, then it kept awarding it every half hour or so, even if I was playing another slot. I ended up with about 40 blue wheels in my inventory lol. I'm an honest soul though, I let them know and they removed all the wheels from my account but gave me a nice thank you free spin gift in any case. It was tempting to play the wheels, but can you imagine hitting a JP or even a decent feature off some free spins only to have it vetted and voided..

Would it be possible for you to arrange the awards in order shortest expiry first? For example, If I want to save my rewards from Monday and there is a battle weekend on the following Sat/Sun, then I'll earn a lot of rewards at the weekend which then restrict my ability to redeem the Monday rewards as they are effectively 'at the of the queue' in my rewards wallet, although they are going to expire first.

I was gutted as I managed to save 2 red wheels along with the weekend rewards as BOTH landed on round 2 JP chases tickets (These should not be on the red wheels IMO as players work hard to finally land them and it is unfair)

Anyhow, my disappointment was short lived as DoA gave me a nice lil wild line to make up for it :D
 
I was playing that new slot and all of a sudden I got this error message. I contacted live chat and they have escalated it to the games team. Book of 99 slot by relax gaming.

Maybe VS just decided because it has a 99% RTP that they saw a lot playing it and decided to make this error happen to stop people from playing it hahaha.

I am not wanting a reply from the rep as I have just escalated it already with live chat. I was posting it here in case others had the same error and it is now not letting me play the slot, every time I press the spin button it just pops up that error message lol.
