@Lincolnuk -- No, nothing unusual is reported. However, I will look into it to ensure that everything works as intended. As Mr_slot5 said, if you initiate a deposit, but it's not completed, your deposit limit is temporarily triggered as a safety feature. It reset again within 15 minutes.

@Kroffe -- Sorry for the late reply. We had issues yesterday evening, which have since been resolved.

I know i said i would return in May, and i understand im being impatient returning now after just 5 weeks, but the suspense is killing me.
Whats the deal with Book of ra classic being 92% rtp while all other novomatics are 95ish %, (for Swedish market only as far as i know)

Are the stat counters set up properly for today's newly released games? I counted 3 consecutive wins on a slot and didn't get the trophy and the counters aren't displaying properly...they are saying /3 with no number on the left.

I have checked, and it works for all today's releases that have trophies. However, kindly note that 'Royal Crown' doesn't have any due to technical difficulties (we are working on a fix and hope that we can add trophies for this game in the future).

Only the 92% version licensed is for Swedish market.

Well I have problems with all of todays releases....none of the counters show a number on the left hand side. No trophies are registering despite 3 or 4 wins in a row.
I have it on video but can't upload here anymore?? - it start with a last win of £1.20 so 1 win registered I then get 3 more wins in a row and no trophies are awarded.
 
How long does it take to get the wheel spin for completing all trophies in a slot?

It is a bit of an erratic situation. I have had the red credit within an hour, I have also waited till the following day on occasion.

Luck of the draw Dream but defo with 24 hours :)

normally a few hours in my experience; once waited nearly a day mind you

Dunno why it's not automated like the others though - must need to manually allocate those 5 FS :p

I know right.... The wheel Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond always get done within 1 hour maximum! All the blue wheels are instant! Makes no logical sense.

I am still waiting, it still has not been credited either! :(

Is there anyway to toggle or filter the achievements so you can see which slots you have completed all trophies in? I can not find any option for it?

Makes me think they look at your overall play and stake / loss then decide what values to award you in terms of free spins on which game etc....

That's made for sure but most of the companies been able to automize this kind of simple task quite many years ago.

What TF is going on that all of a sudden I can withdraw to the card I've deposited from for the last god knows how many years ( and yes it's updated always)

The video slots c.s was SO bad. No help at all. Told me I need to deposit from another method again, to be able to withdraw!?! I don't have multiple bloody cards ..wtf is this guy's?? Why can't I withdraw like I always did ???

Attached are my last deposits all from same card as trying to withdraw onto, also attached at my withdrawals and latest refusals this morning (and one since also not on there )

No one will tell me what Wirecard is either . First I've seen that in there .

Refuses to allow me to withdraw a rightful win ...and then am given the reason above by poor C.S

Videoslotd has become absolutely AWFUL of late .also attached awful VS c.s chat support

I would say that's how it should be really? At least be based of stakes for that game.

Why should someone that completes ALL on a slot with average stake of 20p get the same as someone who completed it with an average stake of £3 ?

Some sort of reward based on average stake would be by far the fairest way to do it, for the casino and player.

I understand you are frustrated, but CS is quite clear that the bank rejected inwards payment, I don't think that is VS fault.
I know you were able to withdraw to that card in the past so you think it is strange that you cannot do this time, but trust me, that happened with me on a few different casinos, main reason is I believe banks sometimes change their policy regarding to inwards payment to the credit/debit card.
Also it happened to me that the bank rejected the inwards payment from casino A, but accepted the payment from casino B, but a few months later, the bank starts to reject the inwards payment from casino B too.

CS suggested to talk to your bank, so why don't you do it? Ask them if they are rejecting international inwards payment to credit/debit cards.

Though one thing strange is why CS did not recommend to use bank wire transfer, you don't need to make another deposit to withdraw by the bank transfer, all you need to do is verifying your bank account by submitting the bank statement with your name and address on.

The best thing you can do while you are waiting for team VS response, talk to your bank, explain them what happened with VS or if you don't want to tell the bank about gambling, simply tell them you were bringing funds from oversea merchant to your debit/credit card but you were informed by the merchant that the bank rejected the inwards payment.

It happened with me. One day I made a withdrawal before bed time, it was approved, went happily to bed, got up in the morning, when I logged in, I saw the money was back to my casino account. That was a few years ago when the withdrawal with visa took around 24 hours to reach my bank account, nowadays, the payment processor are using visa direct. What is happening with banks normally is any inwards payment is blocked and it went straight back to the sender, so I don't see why it cannot happen on same day.

I'm not saying I'm 100% sure "bank reject" is the cause, there could be another issue, that's why I said it is a good idea to talk to the bank to see if that is the cause.

This has never happened me even on Saturdays and Sundays the money goes directly into my visa almost immediately.

What ever they're spinning here is b.s.
And she wasn't very good at it either
