Its a shame more dont come out and admit it.

This is not a new issue and Bryan has had words with him before.

He only treats the reps this way as he knows they cant have a go back.

His two messages above are quite tame compared to the normal diatribe he hurls at the reps.

And we wonder why reps disappear.

If i owned VS, i certainly would not be paying my staff to work through his daily list of attention seeking demands.

I have never once been warned or spoken to by Bryan about any of my posts. Via PM or anything. So where you got that from is beyond me, again people in this forum feel they can just attack me for absolutely no reason. Again I will tag Bryan so he can again take a look at this thread again.

But yet you and a very small handful of members out of the thousands and thousands who use this forum on a daily basis think you can bully and attack and belittle and gang up on other users constantly. You have been warned a few months back from Bryan as well @Gaz237 I got nothing further to say so if you do continue to post I will again just ignore your nasty posts and the other few members who also take it upon themselves to attack and hurt me for absolutely no reason.

Thank you, but at this point that is not the issue. The issue is that basic respect to other forum members AND refraining from foul language are both Forum Rules. Regardless of what one thinks of another forum member violating those Rules with pointless flaming is not the answer. There are procedures in place -- yes, the Report mechanism, and Ignore if absolutely necessary -- and they should be used.

The reps here are to the best of my knowledge supposed to deal with larger complaints and issues, not act as certain members personal support channel.

And a user specific issue with a game most certainly would be better dealt with by support than forum reps, especially in a weekend.

Not everyone that comments or likes a comment is attacking you. You even set up a thread years back about cyber bullying and it was all discussed in there.

Maybe Bryan never gave you a warning. But in one of the threads a member of staff told you that Rep's are not here to be at your Beck and Call 24/7.

As has been said countless times for years. You tag VS non stop for pretty mundane things. Your posts to them often come across as rude. You expect them to answer them instantly or you tag them again.

Over last few years many members have mentioned it in a civil manner. At times you are actually harassing the Rep. But every time you deflect from what you are doing by playing the victim card.

Maybe Lemon should not have included a line.

But most of what he put was quite correct. Now just because people keep calling you out for your behaviour does not mean it is a personal attack. They do it as no matter how many times it is mentioned you just continue to keep doing it.

And every time it always turns into a drama about how you are getting bullied.

Can I just say the reason I post issues in this thread and any thread for a casino I have issues with regardless if it is weekend or not is because. Sometimes dealing with live chat or the normal support channels can often lead to them not dealing with the issue properly and it can sometimes take longer to resolve or fix issues.

So I post in this or other threads because it is easier and more direct. I am not the only member who posts or reports issues to the reps. It also does not matter if it is weekend or not. Some reps do work at weekends. Some do not I totally get that. I also do not demand anything. That is just something these other forum members are trying to pick fault with in any of my posts and attack me for.

This is in no way a justification of the way or style I post in. I post in many different styles, sarcastic, fun at times and serious and directly at times too. As do other members. It is always down to the fact that some members read into them in totally the wrong way and then think I am being abusive which is 100% not the case.

But you do make demands, just on the previous page you stated you will not provide Information nor will you contact support.

Intended or not it comes across as demanding and quite frankly mean spirited towards customer support and the people working there.

I have absolutely no idea how red rake games work, but it's likely a stuck round that support either would have been able to release, or would have been able to forward earlier.

Maybe it's because of their previous/current activity but there's a lot of stuff getting asked of reps that should be run by the customer support IMO or, not being able to get the required answer from support, then kicked to here.

I'm actually surprised TV haven't told folk 'can you run these type of issues by our support' if i'm honest.
 
TV has publicly said they are the games department numerous times. Hence they deal with everything to do with the games. But they also deal with other aspects of the casino too. Not just games.

Can I also say, I do use support. I also sometimes post here and use live chat support as well. But sometimes I just choose to depending on the issue use 1 or the other. And as my issue was with a stuck round perhaps in a red rake slot. As they are in the games department. The support would basically let the games department know about the issue anyway as they follow procedure. So All I was doing was cutting out the middle man. Hence why I posted in this thread for this issue.

If my posts come across wrong I am sorry! but I can not help the fact people read them wrong most of the time.
 
From this point on. I will just no longer post issues in this thread or others. I will use live chat support instead then!

Pretty sure Paul has got it right below. I dont doubt for 1 min Dream denies it happening, was just another time when it kicked off when people had had enough of the way he spoke to people.

Bryan said to myself at the time, to report anything that was abuse of the reps, I,m the guilty party here, as never want to bother him, as he is away building/holiday etc. You have no such qualms, and will tag away to him personally, instead of just using the report button. Pretty much the same way you use VS.

Or, you could have just emailed them rather than make a customer specific problem public. You've pretty much said it's likely to be a stuck game round, which means it's account specific. @Team.Videoslots have said more than once they won't deal with account queries on forum and you have to email them, considering how much you post in this thread, I'm sure you know that. So putting stuff like

Yep I hold my hands up on this one. I jumped the gun and I now contacted Live Chat and they are investigating it for me.

I probably should not have said that line I said you are right. It does sound and come across wrong! I will try to be more appropriate from now on.
 
I agree with everything the others have said in this thread regarding dreamrj. I had a massive argument with him when he first joined for doing the same stuff a few years back. And Brian had to intervene.

I just ignore him now, as every other week he cries out for attention on here. I'm not bullying and none of us are. Just pointing out the obvious.

To be honest he really needs to grow up and find something more useful to do with his time besides start attention seeking threads every week.

I honestly truly think he just does it on purpose now to get sympathy from the reps. I've been a member on here for 10 years and have never been annoyed by a person on the forum more then him.

Not sure how much of that is tied to the jackpots, but wouldnt surprise me if basegame was running around 90%

A while ago I asked about adding the auto play to chocolates which was added shortly after, thanks for that!

My next inquiry is could you look into adding it for just for the win games but namely "Wolf howl" as i have seen that on other sites with auto play but is sadly missing from the VS version as this game can be a while getting to bonus an auto play would be much be appreciated.

I must admit its starting to be a trend with auto play being missing, I hope this isn't a sign of things to come!

UKGC strikes again?

Noticed today that thunderkick games have all lost the option to continue autoplay after a bonus round, can you ask them to restore this feature please? yesterday they all had this option today they do not.

This is extra annoying at VS due to the battles.

Unless it's changed over the past couple of years, it used to be that the withdrawal went to the most used method. So if you deposited 1000 by paypal and 100 by card, the deposits should have gone back to paypal.
They reset the counters for me previously, but rules have got stricter since then so not sure of they can do that now :(

Used to be i could choose between trustly (bank) and skrill when making a withdrawal.
Not sure if it was because they both had similar amounts deposited/withdrawn or something.

Now its last used only.
 
That Thunderkick 'stop autoplay on feature' UI change is a bit strange really. Seems an odd thing to remove unless you have to. Maybe it will be put back to how it was. I've always found their autoplay functionality awkward - having to click on the stake on the way out is a bit confusing if you're already on the one you want. Loads of times I've gone back to the game and I can only press spin.
