This will be a longish post.

Firstly, I posted a message to you in this thread a few weeks back asking you to re add Pirates Kingdom for UK players, because they now have removed the Buy Feature button for it for UK players, I can play it at ladbrokes casino. I had no response from you. So I would appreciate it if you could respond and add the slot back to be playable for UK players?......

Secondly, I am wondering what will happen to some providers once the new UKGC changes that are coming into effect from September will have on UK players. For example the new 2.5 second spin rule...... Pragmatic for example is known to have quickspins enabled by default, I have never saw pragmatic have quickspins disabled.

Same for Quickspin and push gaming slots. There might be some other providers as well that do not disable quickspins. Would it mean we lose access to all those slots? Some of them that I love and play?

Then lastly, another one of the rules is relating and close to those Big Bet Buys. Would it mean finally you will block those games with Big Bet Buys for UK players? Or will those games still be allowed to stay for the UK market?
  • A minimum spin speed of 2.5 seconds across all slot games
  • Removal of game features which may encourage intensive play such as slam stops and turbo buttons
  • Prohibiting split-screen slots which have been associated with a ‘potential loss of control’.
  • The development of a more detailed work plan which will include in-game messaging and the creation of a Betting and Gaming Council Testing Lab to look into other game features.
I have never been a fan of those Big Bet Buy slots anyway, they are 100% bad to do anyway, they 99.99% of the time result in 99% loss of money used to do the big bet buy.........

Hello VS team,

The slot 'Poppin Pizza Prizes' has a problem; when you load it up it just comes up with the home screen again in the game window. But then for some fun you can reload the game within that window multiple times to create some sort of infinite mirror scenario -

The turbo button on Quickspin slots was disabled for a time on Videoslots a couple of years back if I recall, before being re-enabled. They'll probably just blank it out.

In my opinion these new UKGC changes are an absolute joke for the most part. I've set my limits, so now piss off and let me spend my money how I like. If I want to play 4 slots at the same time at 25p a spin rather than one slot at £1 I should be able to. If I was in Starbucks and the server told me I'm not allowed to have sugar in my tea I'd tell them to fuck off.

Yeah I agree, but the UKGC are protecting us at the end of the day. As much as we might hate more rules and regulations. It is worse for Germans as they will be bringing in far worse rules soon with €1 euro max bet and 1K monthly deposit limit etc etc......... IF the UKGC brought in a £2 pound max bet limit like they did for the FOBT's I reckon it will be the end of the line for a lot of gamblers in the UK who like to dabble at higher stakes. They will then turn to actually going to either Las Vegas or move to Malta or they will just goto Land Based casinos..............

But yeah I hope they do not go that far in the UK, but the way it is headed I reckon one day they might just do this £2 max bet limit per spin............

It could mean that you lose access to some slots as the providers will have to make them compliant. However, looking at other markets that have gone through similar changes, it goes relatively quickly.

Thanks for the reply. Surely it should be easy to just re add it, you already have other Iron Dog Slots available. Ladbrokes have already added Pirates Kingdom to their library that the UK can now play. I have played it at Ladbrokes a few weeks ago multiple times..... Surely it is just a matter of you selecting the same version that Ladbrokes is using and adding it back? No idea why you say there is NO ETA for it........ Should be pretty straightforward to me.........

I really cant see them doing £2 max bet for online when land based have £5 no logic at all, come to think of it as there is no logic at all in doing that it probably means it will happen lol

It is actually the only Iron Dog game that can pay nice and can go nuts with loads of retriggers when you get all reels maxed at 7 and locked. All other Iron Dog Slots are avoid avoid avoid at all costs.

That new provider Slots Factory, you all need to avoid like the plague like Realistic slots......... Slots Factory slots are 100% crap and low paying bollocks.............

Just requested a withdraw thinking it would be in my account due to Visa direct, not showing up it seems VS has removed my visa card as a selection on the withdraw process and changed it to my other mastercard which is not the one I've been using to deposit for no apparent reason , so instead of having the withdraw within 3 min, I will have to wait 3 days, not happy customer (have sent them email about this too), so annoyed!

Well I had something similar happen. Withdrew a week or so back and found default withdraw method had been changed to PayPal...that wasn't even the first method I'd deposited with.

They have said the game has been voided, paid me the £3.95 and the remaining 9 free spins are voided with no compensation whatsoever ( not even 10 free spins on starburst as a sorry! ) LOL so while i accept that, Im a little unhappy how VS deal with this sort of thing as this is the 2nd game round while on a bonus that has been voided with no winnings paid.

Just to point out that the first one was Dec 2018 and was also mentioned here and to this day is STILL broken! as again provider voided the round, paid nothing apparently yet I still cant play the game on my account?

But the most annoying thing, and not the first time i have mentioned this is that i had 8 different people email about this saying various things and one even said that if they cant fix the game round maybe i will get some free spins as compensation, yet another says no.

Come on VS your accredited, and quite rightly so as your site is VERY good on nearly all counts, but please think about your support methods of flicking from one person to another its annoying and often gets confusing and makes things way more complicated. If you must let more than one deal with stuff make sure they fully know all the details going forward.

And when things go wrong like a bonus round being voided and the fault being so bad the provider had to take the game down, think about your customer service, is giving your customer zero as a sorry really good relations?

In the past 2 years I have had 4 broken bonus rounds, 2 at VS, one at coral, and one at sky vegas.

Both the other 2 gave me a cash "sorry" reward which was a nice gesture that made me feel valued.

I haven't put this up to guilt VS into throwing cash or spins at me, but just to show you that a little goodwill gesture when things go wrong goes a long way, and on this occasion I feel VS has fallen short of their usual high standards.

Just so you know its just a tiff, I still love you VS :) even tho your RTPs are starting to take the piss, 94.x% can be tolerated but 92.x% is not cool.........
 
Well I could not agree more the rtp keep dropping like flies, play and go being the worst by far, play same game at another site BIG DIFFERENCE IN RTP, also instead create another thread, again this week a freeroll battle ticket, what hell total insult, been playing videoslots almost 4 years, I qualify allways for battles being at xp22, like show some respect and send freespins to your loyal customers. i Got to playerlvl 168 there before they went down in so many ways. Aweful RTP, no goodwills anymore but hiding behind eyecandy wheels... also there slot selection is in the meantime not special regarding to many other casinos out there.

But the problem is that many other casinos have followed in Videoslots footsteps and lowered the RTP too.

Because it was the first casino I joined got paid fast, do I play there as often no, but they pay no wagering, not to many casinos that you don't have to wager, I play risk casino, twin, videoslots, never much take bonus at twin to high wager. But it's a good casino, made my first withdraw there last week under 24hrs in my bank account. Risk casino by far in my opinion has best rtps going right now. Especially play and go. ✌
