When I go to deposit with Trustly on your website it asks me to LOGIN to my online bank,
this means that this company is keeping all of your customers details in a database forever
whenever I go to deposit now with trustly, they automatically login to my bank account, no password no pin code no text message needed

they have full control over your bank account meaning they could login whenever they wanted and take out all of your money from your bank account, or if this company was to be hacked then those hackers could take out all of your money from your bank account and thousands of your customers bank accounts

this is just something i realized weeks after depositing and just googling it there seems to be lots of people with concerns over using trustly, it's not like they just want the account number and sort code.. no they want full access to your bank

the bank would not refund customers because the customer has given them full access to their account

I will be changing my online bank details for the bank account I used and I will not deposit with trustly again. you hear of companies being hacked a lot of the time and this is not outside the realms of possibility

You dont need as Swedish licence to accept Swedish players. You only need Swedish licence if you want to offer SEK and Swedish language. Swedish players can play at any MGA casino without any issues.

Same goes for Danish players.

Any MGA casino who accept Swedish players under that license, not that many doing so. Pretty same than UK, most of casino operators have just decided to respect their license requirements.

Videoslots offering Swedish players with new law of max 5000 sek per week to "regret previously made" withdrawals as a new "deposit" not counting towards the 5000 sek, funny kek

There were multiple sites down with the same error. Not just casinos. No idea what was going on but several sites I tried returned an IP error.
It has been sited that China are quite adept at hitting Countries that have upset them recently with cyber attacks and while doing so they harvest loads of info that can be used in future if they desire too.
It may be a good idea to revisit your own security and passwords

"Internet providers usually have their own, but they’re often bad, so alternatives like Google’s have existed for many years, and Cloudflare launched its service in late 2018."

Reassuring to know. That large swathes of the World Wide Web hinge on a select few 3rd-party companies

@Team.Videoslots

I cannot use my Visa Debit for deposit again. Same message to last time.
I remember you mentioned something about error on using USA dollars on my cards, do you think it is possible that it has something to do with you started supporting NZ dollars recently?
Anyway, I appreciate if you can look at the issue please.
Thank you very much.

Getting a bad gateway error 502 on 3 of the new games?

Pick a pinata
Diamond inferno
Odin infinity reels

Any ideas? Im UK so maybe they got bonus buys so its blocking them? If so can they not show up at all please :)

I'm also in the UK - just checked for you.

Diamond Inferno loads fine, as does Odin. Couldn't find the Piñata game you mention - nothing comes up in the search.

Hi @Reelsoffun,

Error 502 Bad Gateway should be a temporary error caused by some network issue.

We have tried the game and it seems to be working normally from the UK.

If the issue continues, could you please contact us via email [email protected]

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Team

Hi Colinsunderland,

Your welcome to contact our customer service if you have further questions regarding the subject and they can forward you to our legal department.

Unfortunately I cant help you with this question.

Br,

Team Videoslots
You can send your username including your questions here [email protected] and I will ask our legal department to get back to you on any questions you might have.

in other words, Team VS has said as much as they are able, or willing, so I'm gathering anything else, would need to go through support (or PAB) or w/e recourse you pursue, but I shouldnt think youre going to get the response youre looking for here

Please don't dive in telling me what has or hasn't been done when you haven't seen the emails so far. I posted on here as I have been waiting since Saturday for a response to my question.

I have had replies from support that range from nonsensical to just wrong, like, as an example

Videoslots and Mr Vegas operate under the same gaming license and share certain information about our customers across our brands in order to comply with legal obligations under RG and AML. Thus, consent does not apply to such processing of personal data.

That is completely wrong. Consent does apply.

Considering this is a player forum, and others have been affected by them (allegedly) unlawfully sharing customer data, then I don't see the problem asking for an update.

Then you have Mr Wild jumping in with his comments, isn't a rep, but seemingly can make statements on behalf of Videoslots who he works for.
