Discovered it missing last night mate.

Actually got a little bit ahead for a nice change yesterday, so thought quick 50 spins on it, only to discover it was AWOL??

Busted out now but checked out of interest earlier and still not back?
 
Any withdrawn via bank option latley if so how long did it take to get your funds

I last used it 2 months ago took 4 days
If you withdraw on weekdays via bank transfer, it will hit your account within a few hours, probably max 24hours, but of course I am not in UK, so it might be different time frame there.
If you don't mind I am asking, I remember you wrote something about visa withdrawal a few days ago, did you get the money OK?
I asked visa withdrawal around 9 hours ago, used to an instant by visa direct, but not this time.

Hi hun yeah got it next day at 4pm which is standerd for my bank so it wasnt visa direct even thou transaction said it was ?
 
Just a head's up - I made a small withdrawal at 10am this morning, got the "approved" e-mail straight away as usual. An hour later, the withdrawal was back in my VS account. Lucky I noticed and didn't chuck it away spinning!

No explanation as to why yet, maybe banking problems on the VS side?

Either way, not good that it ended up back in my VS account an hour after getting an e-mail saying the WD had been "approved".

Have WD it again, and got another "approved" e-mail. Hoping it stays that way this time!

Edit:

My 2nd withdrawal is now appearing in my bank account, so that's good.

However, I just got an e-mail from VS Customer Service who were "happy to confirm your withdrawal has now been cancelled and credited back to your Videoslots account."

So something went wrong somewhere - I'm guessing customer service messed something up!

We have just replied to an e-mail which I assume is yours. In these cases, it's some small technical issue most of the time and if you try again once it has been reverted, it should work.

Hi, Team VS. I have requested a withdrawal to my visa debit and it was approved 30 hours ago but it is not in my bank account yet.

Yes, my bank supports Visa direct, actually, 2 withdrawals I made to my visa debit last month was instant, the money has hit my bank account even before I got the email to say "your withdrawal was approved."
And, even if the transaction was done by normal "return to the card" method not by visa direct, it should been in my account by now,.-it normally takes around 24 hours.
I appreciate if you can check it for me please.

Actually it is past midnight here so it is 7th July here, but I will wait until the end of 7th July GMT which is around 36 hours away.
Hope the fund is going to hit my account before that, but if it doesn't I'll send my bank statement to show the money is not there as the support requested on the email.

Hello, Team VS. I cannot make a deposit with visa debit at the moment.
I tried to use two different visa debit from two different bank, both didn't work, and judging from I was able to make a deposit at another casino 10 minutes after I tried at VS, I think it is the issue with your end.

Thank you for replying.

You've changed your privacy policy to allow you to share data with Mr Vegas Ltd. Obviously anyone who accepts the new privacy policy has accepted that.

However, people who are self excluded or have closed accounts haven't accepted it so can you confirm their account data won't be shared with the new company?

According to the GDPR, we have the right to process personal data for the same purposes as we initially collected the data.

MrVegas collected the data? They didn't collect the data, Videoslots Ltd gave it to them, seemingly without consent.

I think what @Nordog also wants to know is, why have you shared his personal data with a third party company without his consent?

What is the Videoslot's legal departments email address? I asked on live chat and they told me to email support. As emails are handled by the same people who are doing support for Mr Vegas, and I don't want them having more of my details, and you breaching the GDPR even more, then thats not acceptable.

Maybe i should report you, so you maybe get a Heavy fine? Cause saying sorry is that damn hard, and correcting mistakes is impossible.

Apparantly i also had the Choice to accept updated terms to allow you to share data with Mr Vegas .
I never accepted those. But you decided to share them with Mr Vegas anyway.

How removing my account Will solve anything i have no idea of. Cause you guys obiviously dont give a flying pig about laws. So i fear you guys Will share my data with whoever you see fit before deleting them.

But dont worry i have evidence you broke the gdpr laws concerning me, and others.

IT Will all be forwarded to relevant authorities.
 
Also you guys should contract me. If you guys took IT serious, you would easy find out who you actually breached the data with, and contact those with an appology and a solution on How to correct YOUR mistake.

Processing of personal data by Mr Vegas is in line with the original purpose for when the data was initially collected. Our privacy policy is not subject to consent by the customer but relates to the information requirement in Article 12 of the GDPR.

@Team.Videoslots i am a loyal player at Videoslots and i don´t wan´t to have any trouble there,
now i am a bit worried because i got an email from MrVegas with a bonus offer.
I am from Sweden and Swedish player´s are not allowed to play there but i have one account there
as i didn´t create myself, i logged in without trouble but i didn´t accept the T&C and closed the page.
I hope this isn´t going to be a problem at Videoslots in the future.

You dont need as Swedish licence to accept Swedish players. You only need Swedish licence if you want to offer SEK and Swedish language. Swedish players can play at any MGA casino without any issues.

Same goes for Danish players.
But i don´t like it when someone is creating an account at a casino for me without my knowledge !
I always wan´t to read the T&C before doing anything, and they don´t know if i wan´t an account there !
