Videoslots - Newly Accredited

Actually @Team.Videoslots ive spotted something else that you may (or may not!) want to look into.. Its not a big deal - but something thats annoyed me a little over the last few days and i dont recall it being a problem before.

If im on the main page of the site, i can scroll up and down the page, look at games, news and whatever.. if i then click the battle tab.. then close it and come back.. all is still fine and i can scroll up and down as normal. If i go into the battle tab, and then open up a specific battle in its own lobby etc.. if i then close it, and then close the main battle window so im back at the main page again, the page locks and i cant scroll up and down or move anywhere.

As i say its not a big deal, as a page refresh fixes it (or clicking the vs logo to refresh the page).. but it happens in chrome and firefox , so maybe something to look at?

@Team.Videoslots - So I had really dreadful luck since I switched to using paypal, and now the second time in a row I withdraw to paypal it still has not been done after a few hours and the automatic system has again failed?

Does the automatic system even work for paypal withdraws? Because it is a coincidence or not that the only 2 withdraws I have managed to do has both been manual to paypal. Really frustrating and not happy to be honest. They are only small withdraws too because I have had dreadful luck so I been low rolling.

First off, congratulations to the winnings - having money to withdraw is always great news!

It must have been coincidentally. Paypal withdrawals are normally processed automatically and are on average paid within 10 minutes. From time to time withdrawals are stopped for manual review, I believe that is what happened here, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Do what i do lol join a 2 euro head to head gives you a 50/50 chance of making 3.60 euro.
 
@Team.Videoslots - New slot called attack on retro is giving error when trying to open and try it out....... I cleared cache and cookies, made no difference. You need to get in touch with the provider to fix it please?

Not for me. I have now tried 3 different browsers. Edge, firefox and chrome. All give the exact same general error message!

Why cant you just answer if the Netherlands is allowd to play on your website, yes or no?

Yeah, it's super lame. Deposits on Videoslots are dying much faster than before, and the super bad slots they pick for thursday battles and monthly weekend battles doesn't come close to making up for it.

So many providers with scammy RTP on Videoslots now, won't have any other choice than to find a new main casino to play at if it keeps going this way.

I think that is because they are phasing out the old flash slots. We will lose a lot of slots in the coming months as a result of flash coming to an end. Not just slots from MG too will be affected. Not sure how 32red will be able to continue or all those MG casinos that only have MG slots. they will basically have 90% of all slots removed. MG still have not converted all their old slots to html5.

Which is such a shame. I am not a fan of some of the HTML5 versions, some are better than the original but others are really bad, like those WMS slots. Ruby Slippers they made look and play soo ugly now......

A lot of NetEnt games do not work even though they are still live.
 
@Team.Videoslots just question. When I want to get trophy called "win 750 times in one day". Ho do you calculate one day? Is it just 24h period from the beginning of first win or is it 00.00 GMT - 23.59 GMT period? So if I have 749 wins in "one day" do you reset this one and I need to start collecting all again when clock says 00.00 GMT?

The coin collection feature on quickspin slots is enabled again for me on the new slot. Not sure if it is showing on other quickspin slots, not checked others yet.

I cannot make a deposit with my visa debit cards-two different cards from two different bank, both doesn't work, judging from the fact that I can deposit with those card at other casinos, I don't think it is an issue on my end.

I talked to the live chat yesterday, very pleasant conversation, but of course all she could say is telling the finance department about the issue.
I'm just wondering if you guys find what the issue is.

I want to try to make a deposit to see if the issue is fixed before I send you an email, but at the moment I don't need to make a deposit since I have some funds to play with thanks to Thursday SNG.

I believe the live chat I talked to passed the issue to the tech and/or the finance department, so hopefully the issue is fixed by now or will be fixed very soon.

I will send you an email if I cannot deposit next time when I try.
