There are a few different ways you can win a spin to the Wheel of Jackpots.

We have the Wood-Diamond wheels that you earn from collecting XP, which is based on your wagers. For every 5th level, you are awarded a wheel.

Then we have the Blue, Red and Green wheels that you receive by earning trophies. Blue and green are hidden behind random trophies while you always receive the red wheel upon completing all trophies for any game.

If i remember those games right, you are not really buying a feature, right?
You buy a couple "super spins" that has a bigger chance of landing the feature i think.

But it should imo count the same as a feature-buy.

Basically you do 'x' set number of spins at a higher stake (unselectable stake on FOBT's, unsure online) - These spins are usually at a pre-determined higher RTP also.

I can't recall whom or where - Harry perhaps - but someone mentioned how little the chance increases with the bet boost for bonuses

Then when I goto my account and goto the Notification History tab, it also shows the exact same old notifications and not the most recent ones!?

I've sent several emails to support, one pm and another email to the videoslots team regarding my issue with Bonanza. The game froze in the middle of a winning cascade, it did not pay out my winnings and I was unable to reload the game (6 attempts early this morning). I tried again later this afternoon, the game opened but my gaming session was lost.

I still haven't received a reply to my demand that I'd be compensated for the huge inconvenience and the fact that my winnings were not paid out.

I know my complaint has been forwarded to the game provider, but as a measure of goodwill, you could at least put back my €26 deposit back into my account, as requested. I am disappointed by the poor service.

I've been noticing something weird when playing Play n Go slots on VS lately. It's hard to explain but my balance seems to drop by a few pence when changing the game. For instance, I got a bonus on Rise of Olympus (either that or Moon P) the other day and I left the slot on a bang even number balance £24 I think. I open another game and the balance had reduced by a few pence.

Almost like I was actively having the booster deducted from my playable balance.

They did nothing as goodwill after letting me wait more then 6 months anwsering on 2 questions about game errors! Yesterday they send me email with 'We found nothing blabla' totally no details or info given.. after 6+ months of waiting..
