@colinsunderland The RTP is 95.52% for King of Kaiju Rampage Riches and as far as I am able to see there is no profile available for this game with higher RTP than that, could you pm us a link to where you found this information?

All I can confirm that, per my PM, Team Videoslots are, indeed, partial to a bath with bubbles (in some states, known as a bubble bath)

But do they say they are having a bath, or a soak?
And what about candles,music,company etc.
I need to know much more than just the bubble-part.
 
I am left with a total inability to deposit in videoslots yet again. And do not send me any more condescending messages via any format suggesting that I have not used any avenues to correct the issue. I have been a very loyal depositor for some time and I have heard it all before. You have just lost another possible number of hundreds from me tonight and tomorrow if I was unlucky because I have time off

I'm having issues doing my usual daily deposit this morning. I'm in an e-mail conversation with Support, but they haven't said anything about possible Visa issues!

Figured my issue was with a card that expires today, and the system's refusal to use the new one now, even though I've been using it there for 2 weeks...

Will see if I get anywhere today!

Last week they insisted that there was no issues with depositing and that it must lay with my end. 24 hours is a long time in the casino world and a lot of money to lose out on
 
@Team.Videoslots I went to deposit and it asked me to enter my card details I did and it said I need to deposit using another method I went onto live chat, live chat didn't seem to know of an issue with Visa asked me to delete my cookies, I went back in tried again told me I had reached my deposit limit, I checked my deposit limit and sure enough it claims I have deposited already this morning when I haven't.

Please advise Videoslots

Okay, now I'm annoyed. Long story - short version:

Old debit card about to expire. Add new one to account - doesn't allow me to deposit on it for some reason, contacted support - works. Fine.

I notice that in my withdrawal methods, only my old card appears. Fine until today.

Contacted Support this morning who removed my old card from the withdrawal method and added the new one.

After the Visa issues, I deposit using my new card. Works.

Win a little bit and attempt to withdraw with my new card. I then get an e-mail saying:

"Unfortunately your latest withdrawal failed, funds are back into your videsolsots account.

Our system cannot process the withdrawal cause a minimum deposit via Adyen is required first.

No minimum wagering will be required."

I have replied asking what the hell that even means.

This seems pretty ridiculous! Can you help please @Team.Videoslots

Edit - have e-mailed videoslotsteam, as I guess that's what you'd want me to do.

Here's a related problem that @Team.Videoslots will have to look at.

After my first withdrawal was returned to my account, I tried again. This time I also selected to "lock" the withdrawal. Yet it was still returned to my account after the issue above.

When I lock a withdrawal, I expect it to be locked until it goes into my bank account!
 
@Team.Videoslots I wanted to try that new Honey Rush slot from Play n Go, and noticed it's the 94,5% RTP version, so i checked other Play n Go slots, and they are also around 94% RTP now. Why did you lower the RTP on Play n Go slots for Norwegians? I know Sweden had the lower RTP versions implemented a while ago, but i don't understand why we also get them now. There was no warning about changes when opening the slots, and it seems like a bit of a lame move to ninja swap to the lower RTP version.

Videoslots is my favorite casino by far, so i hope this is just a mistake.

Edit: Pragmatic slots are also in the low RTP version.

Disappointing news :(

Can you confirm that all Big Time Gaming and Blueprint slots are still default RTP for UK players?
 
An RTP of 94% isnt good on anything. But i wouldnt play Cloud Quest even if it was 99,99% RTP :D Sometimes i still have nightmares about the freeroll battles on Gemix, Cloud Quest, The Rift and Birds on a Wire :laugh:
