Ok lets get one thing straight, i love videoslots, wager free spins, booster, fast cashouts, large selection of games and usually very good customer service but for the last 9 months YES 9 months I have been given the run around over what started out as a broken feature game round on rise of anubis, Please enough is enough can we not get this sorted as its starting to really feel tin hatty. If nothing critical is being stored server side eg Compensators, why do games get broken to unrecoverable states?
So that we can all be clear I will post what happened and see what other people think as to whats going on???
Last December i got a feature on Rise of anubis that then broke with error to reload.
After repeated attempts to reload, I went to chat to tell them, they told me all the usual reset cookies, browser etc nothing worked.
After a lot of communications they eventually flagged it to the provider.
A couple of weeks passed and was told that the provider has now fixed the game round and any funds owed would be in the account.
After checking the game still broken. New error message but wont load.
Assuming it was a PC issue, i tried my other backup PC still same, reset all cookies etc etc still same tried my ipad dont load at all, which to me suggests its something account specific?
However i can load and play the game on other casino accounts that have the game, proving its not my issue but a VS account issue surely?
So the fact the provider has said they fixed the issue means someone was lying?
Also to date never got back any "win" from the broken feature ( ok it was only a 20p one but could have been ok )
This has been going on and off for months with no resolve, they seem to not be grasping the fact its not likely to be something my end as my PC can run the game fine on other casino accounts,
What i was going to do is get my mate to log onto his VS account while hes here one day on my PC to see if he can load it to rule out that but not sure if VS like that sort of thing as they could accuse me of having duplicate accounts which i dont, so not risked that.
So cutting a long story short here we are today and get another reply from VS........

The Game Provider has now looked into the reported issues in Rise of Anubis but could not find any.
We kindly ask of you to clear your web browsers Cookies and Cache before re-entering the game and encourage you to contact us again if the issues still persist.

I mean seriously after 9 months were still trying that >? Come on VS this is not customer service at its finest!
Also i wasnt really over bothered about the money as it was only 20p feature but i have since on another site hit a near 1000x bonus so now im a bit more keen to see what im owed.............
