Im using the dual-slot thingy, and playing two red tiger games side by side (works great)
But i noticed that when i get a feature or just a long-going spin on one of the slots, the balance will update immediatly on the other one when that one makes a new spin. Kind of takes the suprise out of it.
Not sure if this is anything that is even possible to change, but it would be cool if the balance did not update before i saw the win on the slot. =)

They don't save the bonus if you close the game, and the balance is added to your credit as soon as you made your pick (if the red tiger slot you are playing have options to pick from before the bonus starts). Red Tiger slots are like this everywhere, sadly.

The only way to avoid this is to don't dual slot while playing a Red Tiger slot.

Yeah, kind of ruins those mini-features that so many of the red tiger games have.
Im guessing it does the same with the "real" bonus feature.

Guess i will have to run red tiger + some other provider if i use the dual slot thingy again.

Thats fairly easy to fix just turn off notifications

Think the gold one is 50-200 cash and the jackpots.
Saw "the bandit" open a couple gold wheels some weeks back.
Probably remember the cash amounts wrong, but im somewhat sure it was cash and jackpots only.

Ok lets get one thing straight, i love videoslots, wager free spins, booster, fast cashouts, large selection of games and usually very good customer service but for the last 9 months YES 9 months I have been given the run around over what started out as a broken feature game round on rise of anubis, Please enough is enough can we not get this sorted as its starting to really feel tin hatty. If nothing critical is being stored server side eg Compensators, why do games get broken to unrecoverable states?

So that we can all be clear I will post what happened and see what other people think as to whats going on???

Last December i got a feature on Rise of anubis that then broke with error to reload.
After repeated attempts to reload, I went to chat to tell them, they told me all the usual reset cookies, browser etc nothing worked.
After a lot of communications they eventually flagged it to the provider.
A couple of weeks passed and was told that the provider has now fixed the game round and any funds owed would be in the account.

After checking the game still broken. New error message but wont load.
Assuming it was a PC issue, i tried my other backup PC still same, reset all cookies etc etc still same tried my ipad dont load at all, which to me suggests its something account specific?

However i can load and play the game on other casino accounts that have the game, proving its not my issue but a VS account issue surely?

So the fact the provider has said they fixed the issue means someone was lying?

Also to date never got back any "win" from the broken feature ( ok it was only a 20p one but could have been ok )

This has been going on and off for months with no resolve, they seem to not be grasping the fact its not likely to be something my end as my PC can run the game fine on other casino accounts,

What i was going to do is get my mate to log onto his VS account while hes here one day on my PC to see if he can load it to rule out that but not sure if VS like that sort of thing as they could accuse me of having duplicate accounts which i dont, so not risked that.

So cutting a long story short here we are today and get another reply from VS........

Also i wasnt really over bothered about the money as it was only 20p feature but i have since on another site hit a near 1000x bonus so now im a bit more keen to see what im owed.............

Just how many times you want me to emaill them this is probably 20+ times in the 9 months and just ask me to try clearing blah blah........

They have again since that email today saying they going back to the provider. But I feel your going in circles and not telling the provider that its not just one PC, device or browser affected its ALL of them while on my VS account, and only this game.

Hi well not sure about that I have loads of emails and tickets and even PMs here back in december 2018 and again in july 2019.

Its not like they can hand out a jackpot for every person completing lvl 20.

Yeah, the wheels etc are more rewarding for lowrollers.
And i get that €200 for completing lvl20 is not that great if €200 is a normal deposit.
Was probably better back in the day with the cash-race and cashback.

I cant participate in clash of spins, but i dont think i would earn any spins in that anyway.
I used to get about €10-15 in the cash-race when that was running, wich was nice. =)

In your last post you imply years of playing and countless deposits, and upset of your reward saying a low roller might be happy, yet you have still wagered only the same amount as a low roller to get there or am i missing something?
