It is with a sad heart that I am thinking of closing my account at Videoslots.
I have been a member from day 1 and my deposits have been very frequent and plentiful over the years.
I have to say I always have been a happy customer but with some things happened over the last few months I am not sure if I can continue my business anymore.
Let me be clear, I never had any issues with VS when it comes to withdrawals or other related topics.
I have always been paid within 1 hour after WD request was made, sometimes even instantly. I cannot and will never fault Videoslots for that.
I will tell you what my issues are / were and as they are my personal opinion I thought it would be okay to share them here:
* I was not amused when the RTP% for Play 'n Go slots had been lowered without notifying the customers in the affected countries, a simple e-mail would have created so much more understanding.
*The constant blocking of slot providers like Novomatic / Amatic and lately also Ygdrassil is a pain. I was told loads of times it would be looked at and fixed as I was told I should have been able to play Novomatic slots at least. They are still blocked.
*When I did my quiz earlier this year I asked you guys to add something for the charity I was trying to raise funds for or add some prizes to the prize pool for contestants, I was told you'd get back to me and you never did which makes me think it was not even looked at or not taken seriously.
*Birthday Bonus - As a long standing player a small good will gesture on my birthday would be much appreciated. I it just to show your appreciation towards your loyal players, nobody is expecting a 500 Euro Free Chip. I had some birthday bonuses today from casinos where I only play very seldom. It is weird to see that the casinos where I deposit 90% of my bankroll did not even send me a happy birthday e-mail..
I have deposited at least 30 grand if not more at Videoslots since it was opened and of course did withdraw less than that over time which is fine and to be expected.
In the beginning VS was always a place that'd send my something nice, mostly organized by Dan at the time.
*As a (former) affiliate I was always paid too late, I always had to send multiple e-mails or make calls to get my commission paid..Even if VS had this outsourced, they could have make sure things would run more smoothly.
No disrespect and like I said I have always played with fun at Videoslots, I trust you guys 100% and would refer players in a heartbeat but above reasons are making me think to take my business elsewhere for now.
There are casinos out there that seem to care more for their players if I may say so for now.
I just wanted to let you know guys so you can see if you can improve in any way from above comments.
I really hope you see this message as constructive criticism and not to talk you guys down.

I have not closed down my account yet but like I said I am thinking about it.
