VS no longer have a VIP department. So the agent is wrong. I was a VIP member for a few years until they brought in the wheel of jackpots. That replaced the VIP department as well.

But saying that, the VIP/loyalty department was nothing amazing anyway. Rarely they gave you anything anyway.

Thanks, I don't feel like I'm owed anything from VS in the first place (running so hot there) but always nice to get the feeling of appreciation when you put all your time and money in one place. Five years ago was so different, free holidays, Mediterranean cruises and wager free cash now all the casinos are the same

What happened wasn't right with what some players did take advantage of this, but I'm sure some did not notice as I to put many games on auto and leave and check back later.

Videoslots customer service definitely not the same as it was a few years ago, well the whole experience with Videoslots is not the same.
They have lowered RTP on some games, rewards have changed and made many other changes to save money they say to do to operating cost. They have got rid of the best in the industry Vip rep, Dan etc and I question whether they left on there own. What I suspect they cut the cost to increase profits, hired school kids fo CS, well some act like it so with what happened to them maybe was just Karma. I think Videoslots keep kicking themselves. If not broke why fix, but they keep fixing but it's not working.

The only thing that is persistent is the withdraw times. They are still the same, pretty instant as they always have been, Which is and was the main reason I stayed with them and became such a loyal customer. All the changes they have made the last months certainly have not been good. All the bad press they have received too in terms of this latest malfunction, that string of accounts they blocked for abusing battles etc etc. Then came the Reduced RTP bad press too. All of this was the last few months as well. Not a great start of a year was it.

Yet the rate they are going it does appear they are headed into the wrong direction. A direction that is very hard to avoid and come back from too. Even if they reversed all the changes they made and brought back the old staff. It might still then be too late.

But as it stands VS is still going but for how long? I really do not know. There is too many forums now that have members slate them recently and that is only getting worse with more and more people speaking out about them.

I still love VS but the cutbacks and all this bad press has really have stunk.

I fear that the weekend booster will be shelved by the end of the year. I honestly hope not, but that is the next thing I can VS cutting. Some days I collect £100 on this and that soon adds up on a weekly basis. I know several players who max out at £300 a day. It must cost them a fair bit every Friday.

Yeah it would not surprise me either if they shelved the cashback either. I think that certainly would be the final nail in the coffin for the majority of VS customers if they did that though.

So again another case of an agent saying false things. How many times now do many VS CS agents keep saying lies to customers?

Saying that I was told a similar thing once a long time ago as well at VS maybe about a year ago as a withdraw at 3am was not automatically done like they usually are, but it was then sent to be manually done, and that meant no one was on to do it. The agent at that time also said the same about the finance team leave at midnight.

But still @Team.Videoslots - Thanks for clarifying but you need to get all your agents retrained. They really are lacking and lying and also they even threaten customers with police action? Not good is it?

Thanks, I already had an email it was a failed 3D Secure check (I used the "repeat", didn't see any 3D Secure check window).
And the money should be back in my visa in 24hrs.

1. How the h*ll mailfunction can take 48 hours before no one notices anything? Your systems needs maybe some up-to-date-things.
2. Karma is a b*tch. All cuts and cuts for the players. VS is totally different place than 9 months ago. Maybe this case was a lesson from something.
3. Okay how VS solved this all was okay. But wtf some Police threats? Chmoon. Only explanation what I can figure out is that your CS sucks today. Maybe there was some n00b without good training who really don't know anything about things. But that's how your CS nowadays is. Low quality crap without any expertise. And yes I've read a lot of comments everywhere and all players think same. You killed your good service at the same moment when you started your "changes".

BTW this weekend will be my first battle weekend in 10 months when I'm not able to join. Just checked my account and I need 1500 xp points (and yes its not even 1500 euros it's more) to join and I guess I will lose more to collect those points than what I can ever win with those rewards. So this all is nowadays just waste of time. You don't reward your loyal players anymore in any way. Maybe end of the year requirements are 5000xp points or something. Wouldn't suprise.

That tells all how low you are today dear videoslots.

It's not really an accurate reading either. I just used that as a starting point. I have been here 3 years, didnt play for almost 8 months out of those 2 years showing. So it's actually brutal.

I'm not loyal to any online casino right now. I am fully aware that you can never beat the house, and that it's for entertainment purposes only. Having said that, I think so many casinos online ( VS is not unique) will go above and beyond to find elaborate ways to entice people to deposit, and some casinos are better than others at this. Which sadly can blind a lot of people. And Videoslots, if you had replaced the battles like you did with ones that are making you money. We would all be out playing them, and this conversation would not be happening
