What my question was is this.
I can deposit £10 but I can only withdraw £20 why can't I withdraw £10?
 
@Team.Videoslots Playing the yeti game today, I noticed that it still don't pay wins correctly when 3 wilds coincide with say 4 Aces? I thought this was corrected?

One of the wins in question is

Paytable states

WWW = 25p

AAAA = 8p

but WWWA pays 8p not 25p

Can it be flagged up to thunderkick again?

Or am I missing something on the paytable? As 11 lines for 10p is a bit unusual too but thats a totally different discussion.

I have not played this for real money since I reported this the first time but its doing it on battles as well.....so clearly not been looked into.

It's maybe like DOA, where a 3OAK of wilds pay 25p and a 4OAK of wilds pay 1.50, according to the paytable.
BUT only when a scatter blocks the line. Otherwise they only pay whatever the 4th/ 5th symbol is

I had my first red wheel today for doing all Bonanza achievements. 750 wins in a day had no trophy.

I won 100 spins on Yeti, maybe the worst I could have? I think I was unlucky but the lowest should be 100 Bonanza spins.

I had a red wheel today too.

Begged for my first upgrade to a better wheel and it finally happened.....

"Yes, A bronze wheel" I shouted out loud "minimum £50 here I come" also thinking well deserved after my awful run of late.

Turns out it was that rickety bloody wooden wheel I jested about and I end up with a £5er :(

Bloody colour-blindness :o

:laugh: i have never even had the wood wheel yet. think ive only ever saw the green and blue wheels as of yet.

You guys canceled my ID without warning because it expired. I waited and still deposited for 6 weeks. I got the same ID in the mail today that was used as last time but with a new date. It was rejected 3x's!!!!!!!!!! Finally I went on chat, and this is what I was told
1) Its too blurry.......No it's not!
2) It's not Government ID.....YES IT IS. IT SAYS RIGHT ON IT!!!
3) We don't accept that type of ID, new rules
Clearly you want me the hell out of your casino, and I kept depositing. I have cashback that I will never get. You people enjoy this casino!!!!!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad::(:(:(:(

Its the same ID that I used before and was accepted. I'm waiting for the team to get some info, and if they don't budge, I'm doing a PAB, because I still deposited under the assumption that I would be approved, and also my cashback that is almost 100 dollars this Friday. She had so many excuses, but that was the final one.
And then I will be closing my account for obvious reasons
Mine was my health card. Still valid government ID and was accepted before. No other casino has turned it down.

I must admit, the level up wheels are great, before launch of this new loyalty system i was at level 34 today i reached level 35 and spinned the bronze wheel only cash or jackpot was visible i won 100 euro from the wheel, it's hard to get such an wheel but i do appreciate and like it,more value then 100 spin rewards;) u made my day vls!:)

That sounds like the Gold wheel too? 100, 200 and Jackpots
 
@Team.Videoslots I have noticed a few other casinos upgraded Mystery Reels Megaways to the 98,09% RTP version, will you be doing the same? And do you know if Bruce Lee will be available to Norwegians now that Norsk-tipping has that slot? Raging Rhino, Montezuma etc got unblocked that way, so i'm hoping bruce lee will be too.

Regarding the games from Williams Interactive, they are blocked for Norway on request from the provider and we do not think that has changed but we'll reach out to them and double check. :)

Gotta compliment you guys over at videoslots! I think the difference is prizes from 50 to 150 but I am not sure. The blue one has changed recently, maybe others changed also.
 
Went for a go on the freerolls this week, Bonanza has been cruel recently, and discovered that I no longer qualify. Now need to deposit minimum £20 in last 30 days and earn 2500 XP points. Deposits no problem, have lost nearly £300 in that time but only just past 2000 XP points.

Feels a little like kicking a guy when he's down, faster you lose the worse time you have and the less XP points you earn. I would have thought throwing a bone to players that have had ravaging experiences would have made more sense....but what do I know.

did you really ask VS if they would increase their rtp to 98% :laugh: isn't that abit like asking the pope if he will become a muslim?
 
Seen most of the wheels now, amazing stuff!

Only one I haven't (and don't want to) is the Special level 21 one. Appetite is whet enough already but I'm about 50K in WR still to go :o

Don't mind if someone decides to post when I have about £100WR to go (and the promotion is still running of course which is my worst fear to get so close to discover it changed lol :o)

lemme know cause I have been on level 20 for over 3 years and still have 30k left to go to wager. So far this month I have deposited 460approx and only gained 1700xp so the future is bleak for me. If after all that effort I get a crappy wheel I might just rage quit VS.

Getting there is like Mountaineering Everest on roller skates, naked whilst juggling red hot coals.

Reduced play this past week or so due to it being rent / bill week but odd session I have managed have been below 20% RTP which doesn't help my mission in the slightest :mad:
