Both of the Dead or Alive games. They start to open but then just 'hang' on a black screen, does not even reach the loading bar stage. :)

The game does indeed have trophies, you can check your progression by going to 'My Profile' and then 'My Achievements' and from there you can search for the game, or use the drop down menus to find the trophies you are looking for. :)

I don't really get how a blue wheel spin is given in less than 50 spins playing a new game usually yet I didn't get a blue wheel spin after over 1000 spins in Sticky Bandits?
Just now I played 100 auto spins in Legacy of Egypy at 30p per spin. After those spins where completed and after numerous micro wins I am left with £70.71. I won much more than just .71p?
And one more thing. I deposited an initial £50 which told me had failed so entered another £50. After firing up Legacy I found that I had deposited successfully the first time?

Edit. I actually started playing with £101. something. So I lost more than I started with?

Update. £100 gone in less than 400 spins at 30p per spin. There is something wrong going on here.
Or a very real lesson to learn about avoiding the very low RTP in Play and go slots and Videoslots other games which have a very low RTP
That means they were all dead spins? I find that game pays good when you're betting higher amounts. Anything 3 dollars and over.

Nice, was trying to stay calm, good to see that someone else is just as pissed as me. :D Guess we won´t see any money at all at this speed.

Still pretty frustrating to see that the slot is still up and running when they mention they´re still looking for a fix - if theres an issue that prevents players from receiving their winnings why is it still up?

@CongoGB good part is that the jackpot is up at nearly 73k again - so if they first have to wait for the next drop to get our money it will only take 3-4 more weeks...:D

Great, that would be 7-9 days without any money, no information besides that theres a technical issue while the game is still running on your site so others could throw money at it only to be stuck in the same situation, no solution like adding the money manually, etc, , Don´t wanna sound rude but thats really unsatisfying considering the high standard you usually had when it came to solving problems (at least that was my experience in the past)....:(

Should you not remove the game seeing as it isn't paying out properly? I mean if they pay out too much you remove them, yet don't pay out enough, you leave them?

Thank you for the suggestion, we have taken the game down for now until this has been resolved. But just to clarify, the only issue is with the shared jackpot not being paid out correctly and the affected players will receive their winnings. :)

So any news yet what your alternative solution is (yes I know its annoying - but still, over a week now and still no money there)?

Also if you don´t mind me asking - how is it possible that the jackpot went up a few thousand € over the last 12 hours while the game should be deactivated (just asking because I thought that besides the initial 20.000€ seed the rest is filled with money from spins)?

We are still working on fixing the problem together with the provider but I have no further updates I'm afraid.

The progressive jackpot is a network jackpot (shared between casinos) and therefore the pot increases if someone plays the game at a different casino as well.

Any further update for us? I know nothing ever happens on a Sunday, but you never know... Well over a week now, and I'm finding it hard to figure out why it's taking so long, especially as the winners have been identified. :confused:

Guess we can write that money off - I don´t know and I don´t care if its 1, 10 or 100 € that are missing - its about the fact we have heard the same for over a week and no money or compensation in any other form or at least an explanation what takes so long was offered. Piss poor. Hell even when games were broken a few weeks ago and cost them a shitload of money they paid out the winnings after fucking up big time by threatening customers. Still its too complicated to give us the few bucks we´ve won. I call bullshit. Others open complaints when they miss their money or withdraw for a few days - we´ve been waiting for 9 days and as it sounds it will be many more.

And no, I don´t need another "We´re sorry and looking to fix this, no other updates" - I can fucking fool myself, don´t need anyone else to do so.

I know your frustrated but I dont think you need to talk like that, its not the reps here's fault, they have said you will get the money, sometimes things take a bit of time esp when a provider is involved.
 
And I didn´t blame the reps personally - I blame VS way for not saying anything besides "you´ll get it eventually - thats it". For example I contacted chat before and wrote to the mail of the slots team - that was 8/9 days ago, if I wouldn´t use this forum I wouldn´t have heard back from them since I didn´t get anything besides "we´ll look into it - we´ll let you know" last sunday/monday. Ever since no response, no nothing. Sure, probably not the Reps at fault since they only do their job, still pisses me off. And sure, things can take their time. But at least neing a bit more transparent or looking for customer friendly solutions would be great. Or giving updates on their own without people asking daily. I know that reps and customer support are the first to get shit because they´re the first people contact/talk to - I worked for a swedish company (the one with the 4 letters in yellow and blue selling cheap furniture) and got shit daily for 8-9 hours straight cause people were too stupid to put a freaking shelf together - and boy was I happy when I quit that job. But finding a solution that makes the customer happy was always the most important thing. If I´d have dealt with justified complaints by just saying "we know but we won´t change a thing for the moment" I would´ve been gone within a few weeks. So sorry if I sound rude, but its not against the people over at customer support, its about the way VS as a whole deals with this issue.
 
Yeah well, I doubt that anything besides the usual "sorry" and an small amount of 10-15€ will come out of this, but can´t do anything besides wait and vent a bit anyway. :(

And don´t start with the purple wheel, if I go on like this I´ll may have it by mid/late 2020. (But at least I knew what I got myself into when it comes to the wheel compared to everybodys jackpot ;) :D )

Its a weird old set up. I have the same restrictions but it actually works in my favour. Meaning i deposit with debit but withdraw via Trustly, as per their instructions, which means i get the money straight away, like within 30 mins mostly.

It would seem the restriction is to withdraw to the most originally used method but perhaps @Team.Videoslots can explain how it works and maybe help you. Bank transfer seems harsh considering todays market.

I have an ETA of mid-October for my Special Wheel - it's now a race between that and Everybody's Jackpot! :D

Its on a good wheel now, but it changes pretty often.
I heard that one time, a guy got lvl21 just as the wheels got swapped.
So instead of a Ferris-wheel, he got a hamster-wheel (hamster not included).
Really unlucky.
