"tirelessly revamping and offering us new and innovative things" which just happen to offer considerably less value than the things they replaced ? Don't think anyone could deny they have been on a mission to cutback rewards etc (and even game payouts for us UK players) but ofc its far better marketing to change things and promote them as exciting new changes whilst offering less , rather than simply saying sorry guys we're cutting all your rewards and loyalty perks . Or simply keep quiet when there's no way of putting a positive spin on it like it's kind of difficut to say "hey guys , exciting changes we're lowering rtp on half our slots"
Nothing inherently wrong with some of their changes like clash of spins replacing casino race, except casino race used to pay out a lot more to their customers than clash of spins does
FYI, I had the wheel for level 235 yesterday and the lowest prize was 100 EUR. Others were 200 EUR and the jackpots. Sure enough I won the 100EUR
but I thought that was a good reward, much better than getting 10x 10FS on a game.So some things might have been cut in one area, but gotten better somewhere else. The reward for completing 5 levels was a few free spins until now, so minimum 100 bucks cash is awesome IMO.

So my fellow CM-ers its finally time to update all of you that have interest in reading this, I got final answer from MGA (only when i have send an update email) and from Max (PAB).
MGA final answer quote "Please be informed that Videoslots limited has terminated their business relationship with you and the remaining funds have been paid, unfortunately we cannot assist you as this is their business decision to close it."
I have regularly updated Max regarding my PAB and final answer from him quote "Sorry but they don't need to give any reason at all. Assuming that accounts are settled they're free to send you on your way simply because they want to."
When i started this thread i never would guess that it will have over 10k+ views, I have been called battle abuser, system abuser, raffle hunter and what not in this thread, first of all thank you all wonderful plp here that showed support to me both in this thread and via PMs i rly appreciate that thank you.
As for @Mr Wild I will call him Mr. as, just to show him I know who he is, because i think its fair if he knows who am I and have access to all of my personal data, that I know also who is he, one day if you have time check my acc from day 1 and find that abuse bs you all referring to, and yeah I have also friends in Malta working for industry and none would have contacts with abuser.
What have changed for me, well in the beginning it was hard to find site that i feel like at home as i did with VS (anyone who is regular on VS know what am i talking about, after some time I have returned to some of my old casinos that i just to play I found out that there is casinos that gives you also nice complementary gifts as loyal player, i opened few new casino acc that i heard on here and i must say i had some decent luck on them.
So on some sites i play merkur and gamomat, on others i play BTG and Netent,PNG, MG, Endorphina, Red rake etc
I had fun times, bad times, hate/love relationship with VS, hot strikes-cold strikes etc, and for last time I never did anything wrong then play my thing as i always did, but when i posted that picture with 150 rewards from SNG shit has hit the fence, so who normal would abuse system and share it on CM with plp that work for VS?, fs winnings, weekend booster winnings with detail description and pictures in winner screenshots threads.
As for @Team.Videoslots once more i will say thank you guys for great work and help here.
Today i have 3 go to casinos, and 3 new ones that i am testing here and there, i quit playing Bonanza and stick to my lowroll 9-30p always bet level 1, hade some record wins that i shared here, and lookong back its funny how i convince myself that there is no casino like VS, well there is few good ones that i found out and will stick to, with great CS.
And for the end I am rly hoping that one day we will have Casinoleaks, so we can see whats going on for real behind the scenes and got all of our answers.
So basically Casino can closed your acc with no reason or explanation, as i sad to Max i dont need to know what i did i just need evidence that VS will show him so he can rule and tell me verdict.
