    I recently played in this casino, all the time made 5 deposits, 3 deposits via Visa and 2 via skrill , the last deposit was skrill, I played a little bit and wanted to withdraw, but the casino skrill output does not allow me to tech support can help nothing.my visa expired.casino wait untill i lose. my login there macur666

    When a player wants to make a withdrawal they can withdraw to the same method as they have already deposited with. But if the majority of the deposits have been made with one specific deposit method you need to withdraw using that method. Apart from that you are always allowed to make a withdrawal to your bank account via bank transfer regardless of which deposit methods you have used before.

    In some cases when a visa card has expired as in your case, it is sent to our compliance team who will make some checks and update your way of making withdrawals to another method. Please bear in mind that this can take some time.

    Your request was sent yesterday evening and was approved this morning.

    Man I just had a similar problem with them too. I've made numerous deposits with Neteller but because I've made more with Ukash they refused to refund my money via Neteller and they also told me that is was for the casino and my best interests. What a load of crap. I will never deposit money to that casino again. They have made me do a wire transfer and I guess in 5 days I will find out if need to fight and argue with them to give me my money. God knows they've never had any trouble taking it.

    I guess someone has already mentioned what I just complained about in this thread but I still beg the question why is it an issue? I would love to know how someone's deposit methods can adversely affect their withdrawal methods.

    Why must we need to read every piece of fine print.
    Taking money never a problem
    Paying out money always a group of catches to snag players on.

    I have the same problem now at videoslots,i made most of my deposits with paysafecards,also 4 times with skrill.
    Now i like too withdraw something but its not possible with skrill.
    I had contact with customer service too ask if they could change this and he told me that was indeed possible but only when my bankroll was 0 euro.....its on 350 euro now,so i guess i f i want the change i need to do a banktransfer with all the money and wait several days.....or gamble my money away.
    A bit strange if you ask me.

    On a different note it would maybe be a good idea if VS would let a regular player have 2 withdrawals methods. Especially when both methods are verified to be legit and the player used both numerous times then there is certainly no money laundering happening.
