I have a withdrawal pending from Videoslots for 195, I deposited realises my gameplay was deactivated so immediately just took my money out. I had a phonecall today for safer gambling team, she said she’ll send it to payment team to be hurried up but also sent me an email saying it’s not guaranteed that they’ll send my money back. THAT IS STRAIGHT UP THEFT!!

They don't tend to check here on weekends, so you might need to wait until Monday. Chill though, they are pretty good at sorting things.
 
I cannot agree with their RTP drop however here in Canada its nowhere near as severe as some locales, other than that the absolute most trustworthy, fastest paying (without BS) casino out there., I do not play with bonuses at all and am a notorious reverser so having instant withdrawals is of huge value to me.

@Team.Videoslots will pay you without problem, when it comes to safe gambling they may take like a week but you will get your money from VS

< Gone though my headaches here...but always...end of day, got my dime :) lSlight, moan.... proof of wealth, Mom, she got effed.....maybe a few hundred, or few K.....some 'cash' ....(she had it to spend, inheritances, sitting on cashback, never came through, locked out acct.....she wasnt keen to share SOW) so locked out now unless she can prove she had it to spend (inheritances here, gifts are tax free and shes not, I'm not, keen to share what we have banked)...lost a 1k to 2k customer / mo

I think it's safe to say that we're not exactly on their speed-dial list like the old days but @Team.Videoslots does a pretty fair job of receiving and dealing with issues in a timely manner. MrVegas (same owner, different (?) team) is a different story, there it's pretty much "follow the Terms or f**k off", player complaints included.
 
i closed my account there couple months ago . the rtp drop and keep missing withdraw is just too much . i am canadian as well

I can vouch for there being a disconnect between Videoslots and MrVegas

Seems a question of semantics when VS is accredited yet Mr V, basically the same company but with a different colour, is 'go away', no? What's the difference? Nothing.
FWIW, it's not at all unusual for casino owners to have different properties that are targeted to different audiences and/or run by different rules. In some cases that's a good thing, in other cases it's less laudible.

It's my understanding that the idea behind the MrVegas project was to run it with a different management and marketing strategy than VS, and there's nothing wrong with that. More power to them! The fact that third parties get frozen out is not, of course, something we like much but c'est la vie, it's their party so the guest list is their business.
 
... it kinda stinks though that you get a talk to the hand, bar the whole legalease element, from essentially the same 'parent' company though.
If you're waiting for me to argue please don't. ;)
