so this morning when i tried to log in in my videoslots account, a surprise was waiting for me3.png
this was a shock for me, tried to talk to live chat that didnt really helped1.jpg 2.jpg
business decisions, you never know you may be next, and btw have a few friends with an exact giving reason for an account deactivation

have you won a lot of money in a short space of time?

This happened to me at sky vegas, they gave me no reason at all and suspended all services i have from Sky!
In my experience, you wont ever be able to open an account with them again, even on a different email as i tried this with Sky and they block everything associated to yourself.

well i was a wining player on videoslots ( i play on micro stakes tho) i was about 2k up on this site, not really that big, and my account is 3 years old

So you and a few of your friends have had your accounts deactivated? Sounds strange.
You could of course do a PAB here if you don't accept the closure.

I saw someone else made a similar post today in another thread.

my guess is, since they paid that huge fee, they are running the cutback business, so winning players should be worried
And the said, that my account could not be reopened under any circumstances

Well then there is virtually no point in pursuing this. You've already said you're a winning player and a low-rolling one at that.
As far as VS would be concerned, you are the polar opposite of what would represent good business for them.
They want high-rolling losers, not low-rolling winners.

Look at it this way, you did well there and they are never getting your winnings back. It was nice while it lasted for you.
Hopefully you will quickly find somewhere else to play, a casino that actually welcomes your custom.

I'm distinctly unimpressed by VS, going by all the negative stuff I've read about them these past few months.
It's getting to the point where if they keep this up, they are going to be approaching fall from grace territory.

Sounds weird to block whole account just because player is winning player. I'm also low stakes winning player in VS (over 5K in 3 years) but never been worried about my "status". Maybe there is something else than just winning / losing ratio.

And in that kind of cases they should tell even some reason why. I think it's the players right

I want to agree with you that they should.

But here's the problem. Which means I have to (very reluctantly) disagree with you...

It is highly likely that there is something within a casino's Ts & Cs about having the right to terminate an account without the need to explain why.
Given that the player has to agree to a casino's Ts & Cs just in order to be able to play there, I would say that gives the player no leg to stand on in such cases.

You can demand an explanation and all the casino has to do is say "refer to term x.x, which says blah blah blah, blah blah blah". You acknowledged we have the right to terminate your account without needing to give a reason the moment you chose to accept the Ts & Cs IN FULL. Game over.

Yes true that. They don't need to say anything if they don't want. But if they want to be a "fair play" casino, they should give some answer. It seems that
no violation of the rules or anything like that so if they really are blocking players just because winning ratio is too high - it's gonna be something I've never seen when we talk about legit casinos.

Usually that kind of cases casino gives promotional bans, no bans for whole account.

"1.4 Video Slots reserves the right, at its own discretion, to: decline a person to open a Video Slots account and/or to close an existing account decline to accept no deposits without any explanation, provided that any wagers and winnings already made will be honoured by the Company as long as these were not acquired by fraud or other illegal or illicit means; suspend and/or cancel the person from promotional activities, competitions or other services, whenever"

Usually, when a good and trustworthy casino doesn't want to explain to the player, it means that they don't want the player to know how he/she got caught.
caught on what? playing freerolls, wagering to qualify for the weekend battle, playing that to get bunch of rewards than withdraw100-to 200 euros a month, thats not that much for a "business" decision to close an account

I have no idea, no inside info or anything. As said above a PAB may be the only way to get more info.

i can vouch for this with Sky Vegas. Almost the same wording, i pursued it and argued why can i still have Sky TV and Broadband, but not Sky Vegas. Surely its all or nothing. They told me its a business decision, its final, no amount of hassling or calling / emailing will change it and the account is closed for good. As mentioned in this thread, when you accept the Terms that basically means you agree with them and they don't have to provide an explanation, therefore you'll be hard pushed to ever get one i am afraid.

Ok, so you sent it to MGA too. Ten maybe you should send a pm to Maxd and ask if it's ok to PAB at the same time. I'm not so sure.
