Very disappointed with Slots Magic

[spintee]

My apologies, I not a good reader in any case and my head feels like a lead balloon at the moment so may have missed a few lines,

But it should be 100% up to £100 it is in the U.K PLUS 25 spins, (not 100% worth of spins) I will add the screen shot, I also know where your coming from with the lobby s**t, To me its not bad but for somebody who has not played it can be dreadfull, Also the site runs so slow for me,

I tend to leave live help alone, Feking useless at best at most joints

I came across Drueck Gluek the other day offering a "extra special deal" Get 100% up to 50 Free Spins! Given the industry standard of first deposit bonus is 100% match, i reasonably expected this bonus to mean 100% + 50 free spins which is a good first deposit bonus but not out of the ordinary in any stretch of the imagination.

Are you not aload to swear?? I tend to try and * out and bad words out of respect but can slip a few out some times or was it because bad words towards the casino he got a 15 dayer ?

I did skip a few lines of he's post so as was abit lost

Edit:: I edit my post, As I see you made adjusment to he's post

Are you not aload to swear??

Not allowed to swear? In general no. That's what the rule is there for.

TBH a little here and there is no biggie to turn a blind eye to but "fuck" ten times in single post is simply uncalled for. Other forum members complain, and did, and that's a problem we don't need.

Spinteee the offer the OP was referring to had nothing to do with our welcome package you so kindly posted for all to see.

it was a Free spins offer that was 100% up to 50 free spins. Because the free spins amount is dynamic we find using this phrase 100% up to 50 free spins works really well.
We have been using it now for some time and the OP was the only person to complain because he misread the mailer and assumed it was a bonus just because he saw the 100%

in the mailer we even go far as to explain the phrase

the actual wording is as follows:

We’ve got a deal just for today that will make your first time deposit extra special!
Get 100% up to 50 Free Spins!
Whatever you deposit we’ll match it with up to 50 Free Spins!

because he assumed there was a bonus owed to him , we gave him one+ the FS from the offer + some more FS for his ''disappointment''
this was all done by PM over the past few days

My apologies if showed wrong screen shot, It may have been the first moan on here about the 100% in spins but its not the first time I have been contacted about it, Only a small portion of players are signed up to forums
we find using this phrase 100% up to 50 free spins works really well.

Really?? I know in this day and age nothing can be fool proff but NETHER mention a % if it has nothing to do with cash, Giving a % in spins is a bad deal unless the free spins are wager free, Which I also see in your rules they are, BUT I also see in some promo that the there is a wager attached to free spins,
I am not here to put any casino down, And would not do unless there is out of ordinary rules

Very sorry, I have say that the post you replied to me had nothing to do with the the OP Anna,

This was TNY post I came across Drueck Gluek the other day offering a "extra special deal" Get 100% up to 50 Free Spins! Given the industry standard of first deposit bonus is 100% match

So I belive the screen shot was right as was he's first depoist? but you gave him a deal that was not a first deposit one. I was only showing what a first deposit was

No matter how you 'Dress it up' 99/100 players will ALWAYS see an offer referring to '%' as a bonus amount on top of your cash deposit.

Novice/Newbie players I'd go as far as to say 100/100 that they will understand it this way.

Examples.

Deposit £20 or more today and receive a 100% match instantly (Max Bonus - £50)
((With this I'd expect to put in £20, receive a £20 bonus, total starting balance - £40))

Deposit £20 or more today and receive 50 Free Spins
((With this I'd expect 50 FS for me £20 deposit))

Yes, it is up to us players to read, understand and digest promotions, terms etc and adhere to them, however if they are unclear, overly and unnecessarily complex then once bitten, twice shy and all that.

Players prefer things simple and straight forward and there are threads galore all over the internet which back this up and not just here on CM either.

Anyone can stick to rules, be a 'good boy' but even I, with all my experience 'Couldn't find my way home in thick fog'

Thanks for reading

all our Free spins are wager free, there is no exception so i don't know where you saw this

Well jonmincher you can come up with your own examples that support your argument but we didn't say this

Deposit £20 or more today and receive 50 Free Spins
((With this I'd expect 50 FS for me £20 deposit))

we said

Get 100% up to 50 Free Spins!
Whatever you deposit we’ll match it with up to 50 Free Spins!

note the words up to
when you see these words don't you immediately think of a matched amount ?
so if you deposit 20 you would expect 20 free spins

and with respect to your comments on new/newbie players , we get a lot of them and i can tell you they understand it
just like they understand weird language like 100% up to 50 bonus when they see it for the first time

the point is , in this offer the amount of free spins you get varies depending on the size of the deposit you make
just because the way we phrase is different it doesn't mean its wrong

when no bonus offer is involved its very clear and a good way to put the choice of how many spins they want to take into the hands of the players themselves
and with the free spins wager free it doesn't have restrictions and limits like bonuses, which can only be good

No matter how you 'Dress it up' 99/100 players will ALWAYS see an offer referring to '%' as a bonus amount on top of your cash deposit.

Novice/Newbie players I'd go as far as to say 100/100 that they will understand it this way.

As I say 'No matter how, you dress it up' (Just for the record it wasn't an argument it was an opinion based on 14 years experience, that is all)

No disrespect and I am not going to get into any further debate, heated or otherwise despite the tone coming across as a bit on the 'sore spot / defences up' in you last post.

The opening paragraph actually offended me very slightly (something which in general is usually hard to do by the way), maybe English isn't your first language, if so then I can understand and forgive this.

I will now bow out and stay out of this thread. You go your way and I will go mine

[ricky]

Can't they just create a tab in the software called "Bonus Games" which contains all the games you ARE allowed to play whilst on a bonus... they have a tab for new games and favourites and 20 line slots etc etc so it can't be very hard to implement

Casinoroom and StanJames do this . Makes it less stressful to not have to keep checking the list all the time in case you might have accidentally slipped up by playing some game which is inexplicably excluded like SteamTower ?!?!

They dont want to pay for developers

look how ugly and outdated the website looks

[shapesy]

Made a small depo sunday to play DOA but cudnt find the game. Went to live chat who told me DOA is not allowed at the moment in my country (uk)
anyone know why? thanks at Drueck

I thought your previous reply was very civil and make perfectly valid points. No idea why the rep decided to respond in the way that they did but I guess when you're going trying to present an argument that a "100% match bonus of upto 50 free spins" is completely straight forward and makes perfect sense then I guess your options are limited.

Well done you sir for rising above it
