In the UK there is no goverment issued ID.
76% of adults in the UK have a passport. (% out of date unknown)
Around 63% of adults in the UK have a driving licence. (but of these, a large percentage will be paper licences only.. no picture).
So how are you supposed to 'verify' with a casino, if you have neither of these two ?
