Casino Vera&John.co.uk have recognised that I was selfexcluded permanently (due to gambling addiction ) on 30/10/15in writing however they allow me to reopen me permanent selfexcluded account on 20/04/17 they do not care about gambling addicts, none of the managers will answer the phone, customer service will tell me that is my fault and they don thing the word permanent is permanent. You need to contact their casino rep here: Vera & John.

And never ever post account information in a public forum. That's just bad news waiting to happen.
 
I have done it

I have contact Vera&John provide with information in writing that I was permanently selfexcluded, they don't care they say that even my account was selfexcluded permanently ( due to gambling addiction) They are okay in reopen it because I simply ask it to be reopen , the word permanent don't mean anything to them
