I have a problem with the Vera & John I side have won there an amount of 1000 € have implemented the bonus wanted to pay me then I can 've been waiting for about 1 week then came an email that my account was speared because I said to another account I did not understand that the it would not be my first disbursement I have been approved Ever a withdrawal in the amount of 85 € I have to get me back then together with my man booked there because each of us has his own account . we also have both at the same time our identcard uploaded so we can get these 200 points at Vera & John can Collect points and then buy the desired free play with it . it was never a problem.The offer me now I'm supposed to play his account with my man make not mine more freely but that it can not sein.die have me there an email sent that you have only one account per person and not allowed per household at these rules I have kept I have also played there always fair and it was also never a problem. I also prove which we are 2 people both have their own account there, I even have a photo of me with my identcard in his hand uploaded so that there see that I 'm only one person . we feel betrayed by this page. , I have often explained and prove I have only this one account. they ask me one was due to duplicate account but it is not so I do not go on with which can be careful not to talk just stay in their history. I even made screenshots because you can see the it worked with the first payment that it has been accepted . if I have supposedly made a was would it also Been a and had me 85 € also canceled. which i have also said when I uploaded my photo but now that they compare only the data must correspond to the data where I signed up then see the well that I would habe.ich done everything right I kindly ask for any further help because I have all emails documents etc which I load with high and say now that I would have an email address ............ I have checked with yahoo and I was since confirmed that there is the e -mail at all.

ich habe ein Problem mit der Seite Vera&John ich habe dort einen Betrag von 1000€ gewonnen habe den Bonus umgesetzt
wollte es mir dann auszahlen lassen ich habe etwa 1 Woche gewartet dann kam eine email das mein Konto Gespeert wurde
weil ich angeblich ein weiteres Konto habe ich habe das nicht verstanden den es wäre nicht meine erste Auszahlung
gewesen ich habe Schonmal eine Auszahlung in höhe von 85€ genehmigt bekommen ich habe mich damals
zusammen mit meinem mann dort angemeldet jeder von uns hat sein eigenes Konto da. wir haben auch
beide gleichzeitig unsere ausweiße hochgeladen damit wir diese 200 punkte bekommen bei Vera&john kann man
punkte sammeln und sich dann die gewünschten freispiele damit kaufen.
das war nie ein Problem.die bieten mir jetzt an das ich mit meinem mann seinen Konto spielen soll die machen meins nicht
mehr frei aber das kann es nicht sein.die haben mir dort eine email gesendet das man nur ein Konto pro Person haben und
nicht pro Haushalt darf an diese regel habe ich mich auch gehalten ich habe dort immer fair gespielt und es war auch
nie ein Problem.
ich habe denen auch Bewießen das wir 2 Personen sind beide haben ihren eigenen Account dort ich habe sogar ein Foto von
mir mit meinem ausweiß in der Hand da
hochgeladen damit die dort sehen das ich nur eine Person bin.
wir fühlen uns hintergangen von dieser Seite .ich habe auch oft erklärt und auch Bewießen das ich nur dieses eine Konto habe.
sie unterstellen mir einen betrug wegen doppeltes Konto aber dem ist nicht so ich weiß nicht mehr weiter mit denen kann
man so nicht reden die bleiben einfach bei ihrer Geschichte.
ich habe sogar Screenshots gemacht da sieht man das es mit der ersten Auszahlung geklappt hat das es akzeptiert worden ist.
wenn ich doch angeblich einen betrug gemacht habe wäre es da auch schon einer gewesen und die hätten mir die 85€ auch
gestrichen.ich haben denen auch gesagt als ich mein foto hochgeladen habe das sie jetzt doch nur noch die daten vergleichen
müssen mit den daten wo ich mich angemeldet habe dann sehen die auch das ich alles richtig gemacht habe.ich würde sie
freundlichst bitten mir da irgendwie weiter zu helfen ich habe alle emails Dokumente etc die lade ich mit hoch und jetzt sagen die ich hätte eine email adresse ............
