I just wanted to let everyone know that Vegascrest is having serious issues with their CC processors. I made a deposit and got a note that I will receive an email letting me know if my deposit is approved or denied. I instantly received an email saying the deposit was approved from their vendor. I checked my bank and the money was gone. I contacted support and they said it would be processed in 20-40 minutes. UMMMMMM ok??? So I waited until the morning and it was never processed. Then I contacted support again providing a screenshot of the money taken from my bank as well as an email transcript of the vendor saying the transaction was approved. They still did nothing. They said to contact their accounting. So I sent everything again to the accounting department. Now they say it could take another 24 hours,
Also, my last withdrawal took over a week to receive.
There was also another serious issue last month where they contacted me and tried to have me deposit something around 500 dollars into my account for no reason. They claimed their old vendor had a serious issue and refunded me around 500 dollars to my debit and CC cards. I explained that I never received any money as a refund and until I actually do indeed receive anything I will not be giving them the money. The transactions they claimed to have taken place were never charged on my end and were never refunded. I still have not received any refund from their merchants and they are now silent on the issue. An apology would have been nice.
This is just a warning to anyone that is trying to use a CC at their site. DO NOT DEPOSIT WITH A CC on Vegascrest. Now I am scared my CC numbers will be stolen. The fact their vendors are this shady is a humongous concern.
I hope they respond to me and credit my deposit but their customer service is almost non-existent nowadays. I will only use crypto to play there for now on. It would also be nice if these sites would show some respect and apologize to their customers for all these issues instead of acting like I am lucky to be playing at their site. There a ton of other choices out there.
