As of today, the Vegas Affiliates/Minivegas Group of casinos are no longer on Casinomeister's Accredited Casino section.

The representatives have been far too non-responsive to a number of issues. The casinos affected are the following:

Colosseum Casino
Grand Hotel Casino
Royal Plaza Casino
Vegas 7
Vegas Country
Vegas Joker
Vegas Slot Casino

This is a real shame since these casinos have been on board since 2000 (sans two periods when they were admitted to the Not Recommended section). Unfortunately, they have had communication issues for some time now. I'm done with them.

** ed. note - the casino rep has shown sincere concern and has convinced me that they will maintain accredited standards.

From Mini Vegas ...

As soon as we were notified about this we were in shock. We were in the process of resolving both of the issues which were immediate, and while they may take time we always strive to answer them in full.

In order to get a comprehensive answer to these issues it often involves third parties which delay the resolution, as was the case in one of these recent issues.

If we had been given any prior notice at all we could have responded positively that we have a full report on the most recent case and that the other immediate complaint was being dealt with by Microgaming and we would soon be in a position to give a full report on that also.

We feel it is extremely harsh to have taken these actions and wish to open a discussion with Bryan concerning them and overturning this ruling.

Another concern for us is that one of the casinos mentioned, Grand Plaza, is not one of our casinos. We have no association with this casino and have no dealings with them.

We look for a response from Bryan ASAP and hope to resolve this matter immediately.

Regards,
Chris

No offense Chris but one of those issues -- from an affiliate of yours for 7+ years -- is well over a month old here at Casinomeister, concerns payments dating back almost six months, and payment has been promised by your people twice since I got involved and still no payment has arrived to the affiliate concerned. If that's "immediate" then my name is Loretta and I want to have babies (not!).

Affiliate

Hi,

I am aware of the issue you are referring to and it has been resolved and the affiliate was been fully briefed on every aspect of the case, which I am not at liberty to discuss.

Thanks,
Chris

No offense but that "fully briefed" affiliate you are referring to is none too happy with the current state of affairs regarding the resolution of his case. From what I've seen he gets promises of payments but no payments, and this is 6 months after payment was due. Can't say I blame him for being a little put out.

In offline correspondence you've claimed that payment, yet again, is being "processed" yet when asked for details of that transaction and the ETA you provided no response. And now it's "not at liberty to discuss". Tres convenient that.

If you guys need to know why you've been de-listed I think you'll find your answer in exactly the situation we are discussing: overly-delayed payments, hollow promises and general PITA for the involved parties.

So the problem is with a partner, not a customer. Anyhow, a casino that doesn't pay its affiliates is more likely to do the same with its players.

p.s.

Chris..

I meant Royal Plaza.

..Royal Plaza is closed, and it actually was a MiniVegas/VegasAffiliates casino... try to google Royal plaza casino ;)

I don't know the circumstances of what the payment issue is with Vegas Affiliates but just for the record I've been an affiliate with them for many years and never once had a problem with my monthly commissions.

Is this about a single affiliate that is having a commission issue?

Take another look at the original post that started this thread:

This is a pre-existing and ongoing situation.

Why don't you (CM) just put the affiliate group into a time out not the casinos too? If I had a payment problem with Vegas Affiliates I wouldnt expect you to throw the whole group of casinos into the pit. I have 2 banners and only 2 because they're the only casinos I trust enough to put my name behind and if a player came back to me with a problem I'm pretty certain I could get to the bottom of it just thru emailing. I've got a file full of communications from them and the processor so unless they've totally changed management or something, this isn't right. Of course I am talking about player payments and casino support and their processor which to me is the most important. Sorry guys but it just makes no sense to me and I had to say it. I wish quick payment to the stiffed affiliate and I'm sure with CM behind him or her it shall be done.

Affiliate Issue

First of all, to clarify the issue in question, this was not a late payment. The account was rightly under investigation and there were proven discrepancies. We did reach an agreement with the affiliate and while he may not be 100% satisfied, it is undoubtedly fair.

As far as the payment itself, it has been sent and he will have it shortly. There has not been an occasion on which he was promised payment and did not receive it.

Putting this issue aside, and considering the other pending player issue regarding a VIP was resolved within 48 hours with a very detailed reply I sent to Bryan, I don't think anyone could disagree that the action taken is extremely harsh and unwarranted.

Kind regards,
Chris

Just my $1,

I have never know Bryan to be 'Trigger Happy' and rogue particular outfits hurriedly. What I do know is that he will give you a fair opportunity. If you dont take that opportunity to prove your credibility, you will end up being rogued.

They aren't being rogued - no need to have them hit the panic button :p

Anyway, from what I can see Chris has shown sincere concern, and I was basing my decision removing them on not just recent occurrences but on what has happened over the course of several years. Chris has mentioned that it's now a new crew.

Since I have Chris's ear, I am satisfied that we are back on track and I'm willing to start afresh. @ Chris - you're back on.

My apologies, 'Removed from the Accredited Section' .. :p

There has not been an occasion on which he was promised payment and did not receive it.

Aside from the fact that we're taking about payments that have been due since May, on 9/16/2010 you told the guy his issue was cleared and payment would be made. Nothing happened. On 10/6/2010 'Daniela' contacted him to say that payment would be made this month. So far no payment has arrived. These are the grounds on which I made my earlier statements.

That said the point is obviously to clear outstanding issues and move on. AFAIC once the aff in question is paid then the table is clear of VA issues.

Been a member for many years, had some problems a while back but wanted to mention that today I received another withdrawal from Vegas Slot Casino into QT in less than 48 hours after being requested.
