Resolved VBET (BetConstruct group): site blocked my account

My VBETLATAM account ID is: *snip*

My experience on this site is the worst possible

I do not recommend anyone to create an account or put money on this VBET site

Nor on any other site of the BETCONSTRUCT group

My account was fully verified with my documents and I received confirmation of this

After that, I made my first deposit and, on the same night, after few earnings, the site blocked my account

They stole my deposit and all my winnings

Please stay away from this VBET site and everyone in the BETCONSTRUCT group

Be careful. They are scam

You don't provide too much information about possible reasons why they did that, did you contact them to ask? Probably ever heard or at least remember from my head this group now, but blocking account and confiscate deposit and winnings without no any reason sounds quite strange even for worse scammer anywhere.

So can you shed any light to your issues, why this happened from casinos opinion? Possible double accounts, bonus violations or what ever? Usually you get at least some reason to their actions and that would be nice for readers of this thread because now information value in this is unfortunately next to 0.

This is the Radon shower, who are/were connected to Alpha Interactive with the fake games scandal and other fraudsters that have fleeced thousands of players. AFAIK, Radon is in some way connected to BetConstruct, I investigated it once and couldn't quite find out exactly. Most of it leads back to Georgia.

While they operate under sheeps-clothings with a MGA and UK licence in some regulated markets (.de and .co.uk domains), the rest of the world is under Radon's Curacao licence (.com and other domains). That they confiscated winnings is not new and doesn't surprise me.

Ok, usually these type of operators provide some reason to their action, to do this to every single player will spread word quite fast if there are loads of this type of threads where nothing wrong have happened but account blocked and even deposits confiscated.

If there really is no any reason and they don't even bother to make up one, this would be very few of these instances i would request chargeback (if deposit with credit card).

From today UK players shouldn't be allowed to use credit cards for deposits anymore (strong off topic and maybe worth of own thread), which payment methods are widely allowed for UK players and how about these methods you can top up with credit card etc...? Would be interesting to see how's it going in practice, so waiting some UK based member open thread about current situation

I've tagged @maxd in on this as we cannot arbitrarily remove threads that other members as well as you have contributed to. You cannot un-ring a bell. If the issue is resolved it's your responsibility to update it to reflect the fact the casino has acted satisfactorily. Then it's a good public endorsement of them as well as your outcome. A casino shouldn't impose conditions on you in order to even proceed with dispute process in the first place. That alone is worse than what you allege in your OP.
