Varying responses to a change of bank account enquiry.

I am considering switching my bank account and have contacted four casinos that I use to ask if there would be any issues when requesting a future withdrawal to a deposit made with a new debit card on the new account.Two have replied that any withdrawal has to be made to the same card used to deposit so there would not be a problem.The third has said the same with the proviso that I may still need to submit a copy of the former card,even though this would have been provided in the past.The fourth however,has stated that I would need to supply written evidence from my old bank to say that the account had been closed and the old card was no longer in use.
These are all accredited casinos but it seems to be a minefield as to the levels of relevant evidence that a player needs to submit.

I've done this a few times.

I just register a new card and get it verified before I deposit. I've never had a problem withdrawing.

Same as Jjez above, send Id before any play, saves future potential headaches.

As for the casino in question requiring written proof from my bank, they'd promptly join my 'No Go' list

As they would mine, in fact the account would be closed on the same chat!

However just registering a new card won't work depending on the casino, videoslots are a nightmare for this type of thing as they only allow you withdraw to the card that was used most. So if you did 50 deposits of £20 on the old card, then one of £20 on the new one and won, they wouldn't allow you to withdraw to the new one. You can (despite what live chat say) reset it but its not easy.
Other casinos have net deposit rules, again not the easiest to get round, but the big firms like Betfair/Skybet etc will remove old cards just by asking on live chat.

This is precisely the reason I posed the question.I was envisaging a scenario where one or even several deposits were made with the new card and a withdrawal was requested.The casino would then look at all the deposits made with the previous card and if the total was a higher amount,would insist on paying the withdrawal to the old card/bank account even if it was no longer in existence.
There is also the factor that under the Current Account Switching Service rules,any payment made to the old account is automatically redirected to the new account but I am not sure how the banks would react if they realised such payment was related to a gambling transaction.

As you are in a jurisdiction where gambling is legal, I can't see it being an issue for you. A hassle and a delay perhaps, but not a real issue.
