I noticed the upgrades, and have seen and used the new UK specific autoplay. I have not had trouble loading the games at 32Red, including the Hitman tournament. I am also on Win 7.
However, I DID manage to break Tomb Raider II at Golden Reef after the UK specific update had rolled out. I used the UK specific autoplay, and hit the last passport on the very first spin of the session. The game went to the bonus screen, but when I clicked the first treasure icon, the game froze, and froze absolutely solid. Microgaming are now looking into it. I have NEVER seen this before in over 10 years of playing Microgaming, but did have a game freeze once with an RTG casino.
This was a true freeze of Tomb Raider, not a local corruption, because I tried on my laptop, and CR tried on my account from their end, the game was definitely frozen on the server. I presume the server received an unexpected instruction from an updating MGS client when I hit the bonus round from the new UK configuration, and it caused the game to crash because the server could not cope and preserve or update to a working game state.
Those who now can't load the Hitman tournament may have crashed it server side through a similar process, maybe hitting the hitman bonus on their first spin of the new autoplay.
There IS a bug in the tournament autoplay in that it stops "due to autoplay settings" after a small number of spins. It seems to be using a "stop when xxxx lost" rather than a number of spins, and these are not settings that are available for the user to set as tournament autoplay starts automatically, rather than presenting a settings screen.
As a temporary measure, those who just can't load it should try the "instant casino" from the 32Red website, this is no longer the outdated "thumper" casino, but is effectively a web version of the download client, and it INCLUDES TOURNAMENTS, and the 32Red 20K is one of the tournaments that can be played in Flash. I even did this for a while when a previous tournament wouldn't work in the download client.
It's worth trying in case Microgaming can't fix this in time for people to have enough time to achieve the best position. I can see a few people progressing on the leaderboard, so clearly some people are not having these problems, and I am only having the trouble with the autoplay stopping every few spins.
Not sure what is going on then.
