Unknown Ojects near solar surface

Why must people insist on equating UFO with intelligence? A UFO is something that is flying and you don't know what it is. If I throw a rock passed your window and you see it go by out of the corner of your eye - That's a UFO. You can safely say to whoever is sitting beside you "I just saw a UFO." The very fact that this idiot is suggesting that a UFO has a purpose tells me that he's already decided he knows what it is. It's an alien space craft with an intelligent life form in it. That's not a UFO. That's a bad acid trip.

Perhaps harvesting something from the sun or perhaps its a race of reptilian aliens that need the intense sunlight to survive. Either way, NASA is not about to discuss these UFOs even though they were first reported back in 2010 by Russian scientists. If you compare the size of the UFOs and the number, there seems to be a large increase in both…and with Dec 21, 2012 approaching, it makes me wonder what they are doing to the sun

Harvesting? The sun's corona basically a superheated plasma and is over a million degrees Celsius and these little space ships are just flying around gathering some of it up like little corona farmers. December 21st 2012 is a meaningless day other than the fact that I'm starting my Christmas holidays. Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary is happening in our solar system on December 21st. The planets will align themselves the same way they always do on the winter solstice and since there is no clear definable "edge" to our galaxy, the planets won't be magically aligning themselves with that.

Ok, so lets forget about doomsday and aliens and look at the actual video. This isn't actually a video, it's a bunch of single images strung together with a website at the bottom covering the constantly changing dates and times. At the top it says "Stereo behind EUVI." There's a couple of satellites following Earth's orbit around the sun. One in front of the Earth and one behind it. The ones in the video were taken by the one behind it. The EUVI stands for Extreme UltraViolet Imager. These are incredibly low resolution images and these particular images are sensitive to ultraviolet light.

website. I see lots of stars around the sun and I've blown up what could be a star shining through the corona since the camera is set to capture light in the ultraviolet spectrum OR it could be a jpeg artifact because the resolution of the images are so low OR it could be Venus since Venus does sit behind the sun depending on where in your orbit you are. Actually I have no idea what it is. That's why I called it a UFO. Because I have NOT identified it. What I didn't do is say that it's unidentified and then claim that it's intelligent and apparently "up to something."

I dunno.skiny....

It could be some Mayan spacecraft.

I mean, they've been living on Nibiru for centuries, and I know for a fact they have excellent dry dock facilities there.

Worf out.

I know there'd be pretty damn dry docks in the sun's million plus degree corona. lol

You know skiny I had a feeling you'd be the one first in line debunking this;) I had a good laugh also when reading the description of the video, though I did find the video interesting.

From the description - Perhaps its a race of reptilian aliens that need the intense sunlight to survive...... it makes me wonder what they are doing to the sun

Well, they're making it green, obviously.

I hear it's cooler there in the winter, oh and don't forget your sunglasses:p

Yep.

I've got 29 litres of SPF99999999999999999+ sunscreen too in case I don't get back to the ship before dawn....and a portable air conditioner.

Also, I have fishing line and hooks, so I can just put an egg, bread or some bacon on it and cast it out the door and reel it back in....perfectly cooked. Yum!

I'm fully prepared.
