Unique and Terrible T&C?

Hi all,

So i have been looking for a new casino to play my favourite Aristocrat slots.

I came across one and whilst checking the T&C's I came across the following:

In order to convert each of your bonuses into cash, you must stake thirty (30) times the bonus amount, eg £100 x 30 = £3,000
Earn your bonus by wagering your bonus balance - please note that cash balance wagers will not count towards the stake requirement.
Once the stake requirement has been met, any bonus remaining in your bonus balance will be moved over to your cash balance.
Your cash balance is your money. You choose what you want to do with it.

Has anyone else ever seen one as stupid as this? My understanding of this is, you must lose all of your own money first before you can even try and start the wager requirement. Then if you win with bonus money the winnings will then be cash and you must lose that again before any of the wager requirement is deducted.

I dont believe this casino is accredited here but I saw it advertised on Quidco (UK Cashback website), the reviews say they pay winnings and cashback but everyone who reviewed said they asked for the deposit bonus to be removed purely for cashback reasons (£50 deposit, £50 wager= £50 cashback through Quidco so not too shabby but as a straight up casino player would anyone touch this?

Depends. IF (as is the case with many sites) as soon as you take a bonus the WHOLE balance bonus+deposit is converted to bonus then no foul. It all becomes cash at once once WR is met. Just bad wording, as doesn't provide an example.

That's how the bonuses work on Leovegas and a few other sites. wagering doesn't count until you've used your cash and are playing with bonus funds.
Admittedly with leovegas, you can withdraw your cash at anytime, unless you go into bonus funds.
But it works more like 100% cashback, with WR, rather than a 100% bonus

Good point Dun I didn't think of that. It could well be the case but I think I will skip the bonus and then its a no lose play thanks to Quidco.

If the terms leave you in any doubt, then yes, that's the way to go to remove the possibility of any w/d issues.
