Unibet verification takes too long

There are two parts to this.

They cant withhold a withdrawal if they havent received the docs required to verify the player as this has to be done before they allow the player to play in the first place and if they dont need AML(they will have a deposit threshold governing that, usually about 2k but some are much higher).

They can withhold a withdrawal if the need it for AML, I.e deposited over the threshold which has been listed in their T&Cs. They also should allow a player to withdraw and lock but not approve the withdrawal until docs received for SOW etc.

Wrong - strictly speaking if a SOW documentation is refused by a customer the withdrawal has to be honoured. Obviously no further deposits can occur on the account after that until SoW is satisfied. The UKGC handbook is clear on this aspect.

Wasnt clear on SOW guidelines. Thought they could stop it? If the UKGC says they cant I stand corrected

I have the same problem at Unibet. Since 11 days I am waiting for the verification (and for the withdrawal). I get no answer from support, how long this take... every day only ‚we don’t know about the status, please wait‘...

Once they trust you they will never bother you again. My cashouts are always insta approved. Been a player there for 10 years though. Just wait I guess.

Lost 100€ again. 200€ left from 1250€ because they dont allow me to withdraw because they cant check documents over a week.

No i think he will have the will power to at least get the 200 withdrawal.

Trouble is mate, I REALLY didn't scroll further past the post I quoted, so a 50/50 chance and I STILL got it wrong, sums up my luck of late, it really does

I have the same result on WWTBAM re odds - 101% of the audience said it was D.

I can only speak from personal experience, I joined Unibet recently, verification was easy and straightforward.
I deposit via PayPal and obviously withdraw to the same method.
I've had some decent withdrawals and they have all been completed within two hours or so.
I'm a UK player and am having a great experience playing at Unibet so far.
And just to be clear, I'm not affiliated to them in any way, I'm just a normal everyday punter.
