I don't think this is what is at issue. Your Neteller is "Verified", which means that you have sent documents to Neteller, and completed the procedure to verify a bank account attached to your Neteller account. This indicates documentation is not at issue either, nor the validity of your deposit.

Knowing this is a Rival white label, this leaves only one thing, "bonus abuse" and the player database. This is further proof that this should never have got this far in the first place. The free chip should not have been available in the lobby to start with, let alone you being further strung along by CS into making the pointless deposit.

Further, you should steer clear of Cassava Enterprises, as they too have a similar issue with their white labels, and you will probably have one of them locking your account and/or confisacting your winnings after claiming a bonus they have aggressively marketed to you via email.

I specifically chose the English language that would put a screenshot here. (which would all be clear.) And so I always use the Russian language
 
Well, the way I saw it was - The cheapest way to load your Neteller account, as you are aware of it costs extra to convert one currency to another when you deposit, so, I done a quick google to see if there could possibly be a Euro connection with a none EU country (hence that link), so Russians can have, and it appears many do so, a Euro currency bank account, which ofc would involve no currency conversion rate when loading your Neteller account via your bank account, with this in mind would casinos see alarm bells when a Russian customer deposits using Euro`s?.

Also, the OP`s Neteller account is in English when there is a Russian option........................

Casino's don't care whether it is easier or better for a Russian national to choose the Euro over the Dollar for their Neteller currency. If their terms dictate that a Russian player must play in Dollars, rather than the Euro, then any savings through being able to fund Neteller more cheaply are outweighed by the exchange mark-up applied by Neteller each way when using a Euro denominated Neteller acount to deposit and withdraw into Dollar denominated casino accounts.

My query here isn`t what currency he deposits with, it`s what currency he uses to load his account with - USD, he could still load his account with the Euro, and overall it would be cheaper in the long run especially if he uses his e-card at ATM`s.

Please refrain from being rude. Threatening casinos with bad press (via the forums) is a quick way to have your forum account closed.

Also, please keep the Russian limited to Private Messaging. Even though a large percentage of our members are not native English speakers, it is the language of our forum. Thank you.

The rudeness may be the result of the English that comes out of Google Translate. In reverse, the Russian translation from the CS replies may look obstructive, racist, etc to yourself.

Poor CS often comes from white label casinos, and the lack of a reason for the locking would be a result of lowly CS being the point of contact for the player, but not having proper access to the information needed to answer a query that falls outside their pre prepared scripts.

Poor internal structure, management, and internal communication is what leads to such an issue getting as far as the player being led to make their deposit before they are informed that they are not welcome. It is also possible that CS got it wrong when saying the documents had been verified, and in fact the locked account came as a result of security having the same doubts about the birth date as caused the problems earlier at Club World.

Club world were able to clarify matters after asking for additional information, so there is no reason why Superior can't sort this out.

You need to find out what it is about your documents that is causing these issues. Unless you are the Queen (of the UK), you can only have one birthday.

@LLIuIIa4: so far we've got native speakers of English and Chinese (sorry Chu if I'm mistaken here) and a Russian speaker all trying to tell you the same thing: get some help with your English. Either we're all SOBs or what we're trying to say has some merit to it. Please consider that possibility before you take (further) offense.

You are not mistaken Max but we have so many dialects in China. I cant speak much Putonghua which is the official language but I can speak Cantonese(dialect) really well. If I were to participate in a say, French or Portuguese forum I would show some respect by trying my best to ensure what I wrote was fully understood while being civil all the time.

Yes, me too. Seems that's not everyone's SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) though, and more's the pity IMHO.

We need to be a bit more accepting and give people the benefit of the doubt before latching onto one shortfall and jumping on one guy like a pack of wolves. I am a big supporter of the English language but we need to respect there are a LOT of people in the world that don't know how to speak it. We need to take the higher path and help those that are finding it difficult to communicate because we CAN. A very extreme example, if a blind man walking down the street waks you with his stick coz he didn't see you were there, wouldnt you help him? Or will you just wak him back ... This guy doesn't understand he is coming across rude, we know he is coming across rude because of the translations yet we keep carrying on.

Trust me I am not criticizing any 'one' person individually. I am saying this as we collectively look a bit weird.

We dont call it 'mandarin' anymore but rather'putonghua' which sounds more affectionate as it means common language or rather language for the common people. I dont blame people who dont understand just as I sometimes dont understand the cultures of people from other countries.

As for the OP , if he wants to make himself understood he should try his utmost in making us aware of his problems. A week or so ago he started a thread claiming he was being discriminated for being Russian at Club World. This is a serious accusation and he must show us hard evidence to back his claim. In the end, it seems that it stemmed from a language barrier and the casino displayed nothing to indicate this was racial discrimination.

This forum has no love for Rival casinos (with the possible exception of Slotocash) so what most people want is a more vivid description of what happened. I may be wrong but the OP may have been fishing for free chips and most Rivals do offer this while frowning on them through the activation of a negative database. I just hope the OP can come clean on this and we can then try to help him from there.

I think he is a bright individual so he should know that posting in an English forum in Russian would at least be considered rude if not downright wrong.

. I agree with you totally. I felt a lack of compassion for someone that was atleast trying to talk here in the forum. It has to be frustrating wanting someone to understand what you are trying to say.

Then why your "Russian speakers" were unable to get back to the player using Russian language and explain everything in details? They obviously saw that he's from Russia (by reviewing his account) and barely speaks English. Instead of this they continued speaking to the player in English, making it even harder for him at least to understand what is going on.

I hope this question is not too hard to be replied, giving the fact that my native language is also Russian, and my English is still far from being good.

I look forward to hearing from you.
