hi - im a professional computer tech virus cleaner is what i do for a living -

depending on your operating system - the combofix is a really great program but sometimes the virus is nasty enough that it will delet program but not registries-

i also like the adw cleaner someone suggested -

rouguekiller- i always use to clean a machine here is the link its pretty easy to clean

also i use rkill -http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/ this program will destroy proccess running in background even though you deleted program

and lastly my second favorite - JUNK WARE REMOVAL TOOL ALSO KNOW AS JRT -

if these programs do not clean your pop ups and problems - then i highly recommend a remote service to clean your machine professionally
